| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาถึงสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาไทยในการแข่งขันกีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 4 ณ จังหวัดภูเก็ต และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้สภาพและปัญหา ระหว่างนักกีฬาประเภทบุคคลและนักกีฬาประเภททีม ของการจัดการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาไทยในการแข่งขันกีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 4 ณ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ประชากรการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็น เลขาธิการสมาคมกีฬาหรือนายกสมาคมกีฬา ผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬา ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 26 ชนิดกีฬา รวม 473 คน ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บข้อมูลผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง นำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ หาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า "ที" (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการจัดการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาไทยในการแข่งขันกีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 4 ณ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ทุกด้านโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.79, มัธยฐาน = 0.66) และในรายด้านเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการจัดระบบงาน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.04, มัธยฐาน = 0.54) สภาพการดำเนินงานระดับควรปรับปรุง คือ ด้านการเงินและงบประมาณ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.63, มัธยฐาน = 0.66) และ ด้านการประเมินผล (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.63, มัธยฐาน = 0.70) 2. ปัญหาการจัดการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาไทยในการแข่งขันกีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 4 ณ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ทุกด้านโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.27, มัธยฐาน = 0.64) และในรายด้านเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านบุคลากร (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.36, มัธยฐาน = 0.65) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการนำ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.34, มัธยฐาน = 0.64) ด้านการจัดระบบงาน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.32, มัธยฐาน = 0.65) ด้านการเงินและงบประมาณ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.32, มัธยฐาน = 0.58) ด้านการประเมินผล (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.31, มัธยฐาน = 0.67) ด้านการวางแผน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.30, มัธยฐาน = 0.70) ด้านการจัดการทั่วไป (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.24, มัธยฐาน = 0.66) ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และการอำนวยความสะดวก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.00, มัธยฐาน = 0.64) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่าข้อที่มีปัญหาการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ดังนี้ผู้ฝึกสอนมีความรู้ความสามารถและเคยมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการฝึกซ้อมให้กับนักกีฬาในระดับต่าง ๆ เช่น กีฬาซีเกมส์ กีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์ กีฬาเอเชี่ยนเกมส์ ชิงแชมป์โลกการแข่งขันนานาชาติค่าเฉลี่ย 2.51 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการจัดการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาไทยในการแข่งขันกีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 4 ณ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระหว่างกีฬาประเภทบุคคลและกีฬาประเภททีม พบว่า ประเภทกีฬาที่แตกต่างกันมีสภาพการจัดการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์มีที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนี้ ด้านบุคลากร (ผู้จัดการทีม) ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการจัดการโดยทั่วไป 4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาไทยในการแข่งขันกีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 4 ณ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระหว่างกีฬาประเภทบุคคลและกีฬาประเภททีม พบว่า ประเภทกีฬาที่แตกต่างกันมีสภาพการจัดการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาเอเชี่ยนบีชเกมส์มีที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนี้ ด้านบุคลากร (ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬา) ด้านการเงินและงบประมาณ ด้านการจัดการโดยทั่วไป ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดการระบบงาน ด้านการนำ ด้านการประเมินผล | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The aim of this research was to study the condition and problems in Thai athletes’ management and to compare the perspective of conditions and problems in participating of 4th Asia Beach Indoor Game at Phuket. The research samples were the Secretary-General of Sport Authority Association, or Head of Sport Authority Association, Sport Team Manager, Coach, and athletes which consist of 26 sports in total of 473 persons. The research applied questionnaires and interview question to accumulate the relevant information. The results were statistical analyzed for mean and standard deviation. The research showed that 1. The state and problems of Thai athletes’ preparation in participating of 4th Asia Beach Game at Phuket Province. According to the overall level are averaged high (Mean = 2.79, S.D.= 0.66) and sort by descending are the management system (Mean = 3.04, S.D. = 0.54) operating conditions, the level should be improved is the financial and budget (Mean = 2.63, S.D. = 0.66) and evaluation (Mean = 2.63, S.D. = 0.70) 2. Problems in Thai athletes’ preparation in participating the 4th Asian Beach Games in Phuket Province. The overall are averaged low. (Mean = 2.27, S.D. 0.64) and sort by descending are the personnel (Mean = 2.36, S.D. = 0.65), followed by the leadership (Mean = 2.34, S.D. = 0.64), the management system (Mean = 2.32, S.D. =0.65), finance and budgeting (Mean = 2.30, S.D. = 0.70) and evaluation (Mean = 2.31, S.D. = 0.67), planning (Mean = 2.30, S.D. = 0.70). General management (Mean = 2.24, S.D. = 0.66), location, equipment and facilities (Mean = 2.00, S.D. = 0.64). when considering in every aspect found that the operation problems were in high level, as follows, the average of the coach’s knowledge and experiences in sport training to athletes in SEA Games, Asian Beach Games. Asian Games, World Cup international tournament, is 2.51. 3. The comparative results of the state in Thai athletes’ preparation and to compare the perspective of conditions and problems in participating of 4th Asia Beach Game at Phuket Province, Individual sport and Team sport were found that various sport had the different management of Asian Beach Game with a statistic significance level as .05 in aspect of Personnel (team manager) venue, equipment, and facilities, general management. 4. The comparative results of the Problems in Thai athletes’ preparation and to compare the perspective of conditions and problems in participating of 4th Asia Beach Game at Phuket Province, Individual sport and Team sport were found that various sport had the different management of Asian Beach Game with a statistic significance level as .05 in aspect of Personnel (coach and athlete) budget and finance, general management, planning, work flow management, leading, assessment. | en_US |
