| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดหลักสูตรรายวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ประชากรคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาและครูผู้สอนรายวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่และหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าขั้นการเตรียมการจัดหลักสูตร โรงเรียนมีการวางแผนการจัดหลักสูตรโดยกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนรายวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ จัดเตรียมบุคลากรและสนับสนุนการศึกษาเพิ่มเติม จัดครูเข้าสอนตามทักษะและประสบการณ์ มีการจัดหาเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร เอกสาร/คู่มือการวัดและประเมินผล การเรียน สื่อและอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนให้ครูศึกษา มีการจัดสถานที่ให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการในการนิเทศการจัดหลักสูตร ปัญหาที่โรงเรียนพบ คือ มีจำนวนครูผู้สอนและสื่ออุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนไม่เพียงพอ ขาดงบประมาณในการจัดทำเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตรขั้นการดำเนินการจัดหลักสูตร โรงเรียนส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นทักษะกระบวนการและยึดผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลางและใช้สื่ออุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนตามโอกาสให้สอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาวิชา วัดและประเมินผลการเรียนโดยการสังเกตและตรวจผลงาน นิเทศการจัดหลักสูตรโดยการติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานและตรวจสอบเอกสาร ปัญหาที่โรงเรียนพบ คือ ครูผู้สอนมีเวลาในการเตรียมการสอนน้อยและวุฒิการศึกษาไม่ตรงกับวิชาที่สอน ขาดเครื่องมือในการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนและขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการนิเทศขั้นการติดตามประเมินผลการจัดหลักสูตร โรงเรียนติดตามประเมินผลการเตรียมการและดำเนินการจัดหลักสูตรโดยการสอบถามจากครูผู้สอนรายวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ ปัญหาที่โรงเรียนพบ คือ บุคลากรผู้รับผิดชอบขาดการนำผลที่ได้จากการติดตามประเมินผลไปปรับปรุงการจัดหลักสูตรรายวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study the state and problems of the organization of computer subject curriculum in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education. The population of the study was school administrators, heads of subject area and computer teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using frequency and percentage. Research findings were as follows : At the preparation stage, schools had their curriculum organization planning by assigned computer teachers in charged, personnel were assigned and encouraged for experiences, curriculum materials and evaluation handbooks were also provided. In addition, classrooms were arranged and supervision committee was also appointed. Problems reported were in appropriated number of teachers and insufficient instructional materials, and lacked of budget for curriculum materials preparation. At the operation stage, teachers were encouraged to organize instructional activities with emphasis on skill-process method and student-centered, instruction aids were utilized according to content. An observation and product examination were used as methods of supervision. Problem were insufficient time for teachers regarding instructional plan preparation, teachers were inappropriately assigned, lacked of evaluation tools, and also lacked of qualified personnel for supervision. At the evaluation stage, schools evaluated both preparation and operation stage through computer teachers discussion. Problem reported was evaluating results were ignored upon curriculum organization. | en_US |
