| Abstract: | จุดประสงค์ของวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบพจนานุกรมข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยให้เป็นศูนย์กลางในการควบคุมการกำหนดลักษณะสมบัติของข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคโมเดลข้อมูลเพื่อการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยในระดับตรรกและระดับกายภาพการวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบพจนานุกรมข้อมูลสำหรับโครงการระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยแบ่งเป็น 5 ระบบได้แก่ระบบบุคลากร, ระบบทรัพย์สิน, ระบบอาคารสถานที่และพัสดุครุภัณฑ์, ระบบการคลังและระบบทะเบียนนักศึกษาและรายวิชาภายใต้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลแบบรีเลชันนัลของออราเคิลเป็นระบบพจนานุกรมข้อมูล, สืบค้นสารสนเทศหรือทำการบำรุงรักษาในลักษณะเชิงโต้ตอบจากหน้าจอในเมนูระบบพร้อมทั้งออกรายงานเพื่อจัดทำเอกสารไว้ใช้อ้างอิงระหว่างการวิเคราะห์พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยมีการควบคุมความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลและการอนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้มีสิทธิ์เข้าใช้ระบบตามความเหมาะสม |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to design and develop the Data Dictionaries System for Management Information System of University. This system is a center to control the characteristics of data by analyzing the data with Relational Data Modeling Technique. This research was designed and developed Data Dictionaries System for Management Information System of Chulalongkorn University, which is composed of 5 systems as follow: Personnel System, Student Registration and Course System. This system was developed under ORACLE Relational Database Management System which was classified as Passive Data Dictionaries System or Dependent Data Dictionaries System, used as tool for enter data, information query, data maintenance, generate reference document with the interactive menu and control of data security and user authority. |
