| Abstract: | ปัจจุบันร้านหนังสือขนาดกลางหรือขนาดใหญ่โดยส่วนมาก มักจะประสบปัญหาด้านการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง เพราะข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าคงคลังของร้านหนังสือมีเป็นจำนวนมาก ยากแก่การจัดเก็บและทำให้ทันสมัยทันแก่ความต้องการได้ อีกทั้งยังไม่สามารถนำสารสนเทศเกี่ยวกับสินค้าคงคลังเหล่านี้มาใช้ประโยชน์ได้อย่างเต็มที่ ทำให้ไม่สามารถควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งจะมีผลให้การปฏิบัติงานและการบริหารงานโดยส่วนรวมของร้านหนังสือต้องประสบปัญหาไปด้วย การวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษารายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับระบบสินค้าคงคลังของร้านหนังสือ วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและความต้องการด้านการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง แล้วจึงทำการออกแบบและสร้างระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับระบบสารสนเทศสินค้าคงคลังของร้านหนังสือโดยนำเอาไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาช่วยในการปฏิบัติงานแลการบริหารงาน ผู้วิจัยได้ออกแบบและสร้างระบบสารสนเทศสินค้าคงคลังของร้านหนังสือ โดยได้ออกแบบรายงาน สิ่งนำเข้า แฟ้มข้อมูล และกระบวนการต่างๆ โปรแกรมเหล่านี้ได้ทดสอบโดยใช้ข้อมูลตัวอย่างจากร้านหนังสือที่มีชื่อเสียงแห่งหนึ่ง ระบบงานที่สร้างขึ้นนี้จะช่วยให้การปฏิบัติงานและการบริหารงานในระบบสินค้าคงคลังมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | At present, most of medium or large bookstores have to face the problem of inefficient inventory control due to the management of huge volume of data. Furthermore, it is difficult to derive any meaningful information from such data. The lack of efficient inventory control affects the overall performance of the bookstores. The objective of this research is to study bookstores inventory systems and to identify problems and needs. The research also addresses the design and implementation of the microcomputer-based bookstore’s inventory information system. The design includes reports, input data, data files and procedures. Application programs for creating files, updating files and producing reports are written in BASIC. Sample data are drawn from a famous bookstore to determine the overall performance of the system. The designed system is intened to improve the operation and management in bookstores’ inventory information systems to a satisfactory degree of efficiency. |
