| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ เป็นการศึกษาความเหมาะสมทางวิศวกรรมในการผลิตเรือประมง ในประเทศไทยโดยใช้ไฟเบอร์กลาส การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่เหมาะสมในการตั้งโรงงานผลิตเรือประมง ไฟเบอร์กลาสขนาดความยาว 11.55 เมตร พร้อมทั้งการจัดผังโรงงาน และการศึกษาต้นทุนการผลิตของโรงงานด้วย ผลการวิจัยที่ได้ ทำให้ทราบถึงขนาดเนื้อที่ของโรงงานทั้งหมด 1,056 ตารางเมตร ใช้เงินลงทุนทั้งสิ้น 13,925,470 บาท มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนก่อนหักภาษี 3 ปี 8 เดือน โดยมีต้นทุนการผลิต 850,563 บาทต่อลำ สำหรับการผลิตเรือประมงไฟเบอร์กลาสขนาดความยาว 11.55 เมตร โดยใช้แม่แบบในการผลิตเรือจำนวน 1 ชุด |
| Other Abstract: | This thesis is a study on engineering appropriateness of Thai fishing boatbuilding using fiberglass. The research covers a study of various factors affecting the establishment of the factory which will build 11.55 meter long fishing boat, as well as plant Layout and production cost. The result of the research shows that the factory size should be 1,056 squaremeters, the capital investment 13,925,470 baht, pay-back period before tax 3 years 8 months, and the production cost of 850, 563 baht per unit. For implementation a minimum lot size of one mold-set is required. |
