| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์และพัฒนาระบบงานทะเบียนและวัดผลของศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนระดับจังหวัดโดยนำโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปไปใช้งาน (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทะเบียนและวัดผลของศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนระดับจังหวัดเกี่ยวกับการใช้โปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัยดังนี้คือ การวิเคราะห์ระบบและขอบข่ายของงานการพัฒนาโปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับงานทะเบียนและวัดผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์การสอบถามความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทะเบียนและวัดผลเกี่ยวกับการใช้โปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลของการวิเคราะห์และพัฒนาระบบงานทะเบียนและวัดผลทำให้ได้โปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับงานทะเบียนและวัดผลซึ่งมีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ เชื่อถือได้ ทนทานต่อความผิดพลาดและมีความรวดเร็วในการประมวลผลข้อมูล ผลของการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์กับเจ้าหน้าที่ฝายทะเบียนและวัดผลของศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนระดับจังหวัด 4 จังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกจำนวน 8 คน พบว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทะเบียนและวัดผลเห็นด้วยว่าคู่มือการใช้โปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ มีความชัดเจนและสอดคล้องกับโปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์มีความสะดวก รวดเร็วในการใช้งานและเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งว่า โปรแกรมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้ในระบบงานทะเบียนและวัดผลได้เป็นอย่างดี |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were (1) to analysis and develop the registration and measurement system of Nonformal Education Center at the provincial level. The microcomputer package was used in the system. (2) to study the opinion of registration and measurement officials about microcomputer program usage. The following steps were designed: analysis and defining scope of work, registration and measurement microcomputer program development, microcomputer try out and asking for the opinion of the officials about microcomputer program usage. It was found that the result of the system analysis and development was microcomputer program for the registration and measurement system. It was correctly, accurate, reliable, robust and had speed in data processing. The results of microcomputer program try out from 8 registration and measurement officials of Nonformal Education Center of East were found that they agreed that the manual was precise and congruent to the microcomputer program, the program was easy to manage and most agree that this microcomputer program was useful for registration and measurement system. It was correctly, accurate, reliable, robust and had speed in data processing.
