| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาปัญหาการใช้หัวเรื่องภาษาไทยสาขาประมงของบรรณารักษ์และนักวิชาการประมง ผลการรวบรวมหัวเรื่องภาษาไทยสาขาประมงที่มีอยู่ในหนังสือคู่มือการให้หัวเรื่องหนังสือภาษาไทย 3 เล่ม คือ :- 1) หนังสือคู่มือการให้หัวเรื่องภาษาไทยของ สมาคมห้องสมุดแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2525 2) หนังสือคู่มือการให้หัวเรื่องหนังสือภาษาไทยของสำนักหอสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ 3) หนังสือคู่มือการให้หัวเรื่องภาษาไทย ของคณะอนุกรรมการวิเคราะห์เลขหมู่และทำบัตรรายการ ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ปรากฏว่ามีเพียง 128 หัวเรื่อง (1.1%) จากจำนวนหัวเรื่อง ทั้งหมด 11,899 หัวเรื่องจะเห็นได้ว่าหัวเรื่องภาษาไทยสาขาประมงมีอยู่น้อยและไม่ครอบคลุมความก้าวหน้าใหม่ๆ ในสาขาประมง จากการสำรวจพบว่าหัวเรื่องที่บรรณารักษ์กำหนดขึ้นใช้ในห้องสมุดนั้นเป็นคำทั่วๆไปหรือคำที่ใช้การกลับคำตามหลักทฤษฎีของการกำหนดหัวเรื่อง แต่นักวิชาการนิยมใช้หัวเรื่องที่มีลักษณะเป็นคำนามแบบคำผสมทั่วๆ ไป เพื่อใช้ค้นหาข้อมูล ด้วยแนวโน้มดังกล่าวงานวิจัยนี้จึงได้รวบรวมหัวเรื่องภาษาไทยสาขาประมงจำนวน 307 หัวเรื่อง ซึ่งจะเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับการแก้ไขและปรับปรุงคู่มือการให้หัวเรื่องภาษาไทยให้ทันสมัยยิ่งขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study problems of using Thai subject headings in fisheries as found by librarians and specialists in this field. 128 terms in fisheries (1.1%) were gathered from the total of 11,899 Thai subjects headings, listed in 3 manuals :- 1) Subject Headings for Thai Books by The Thai Library Association B.E. 2525 2) Subject Headings for Thai Books by Thammasat University Library. 3) Subject Headings for Thai Books by Committee on Cataloging and Classification University Libraries to prove that there was an inadequacy of Thai subject headings in fisheries, and they do not cover current terminology of the field. From the survey, it was found that some subject headings used in libraries, or suggested by librarians were general terms or an inverted phrase in the theory of subject headings; while nouns / compound words appeal to specialists in information retrieval. To keep pace with the tendency, a list of 307 Thai subject headings in fisheries was included in the research as the data for a revised and updated edition for any Thai subject headings manual. |
