| Abstract: | การตรวจสอบลักษณะทางสัณฐานวิทยาของเรณู (pollen morphology) ของไม้ต้นและไม้พุ่มในบริเวณจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ทั้งหมด 29 วงศ์ (families) 55 สกุล (genera) 68 ชนิด (species) 3 variety (เก็บตัวอย่างในพ.ศ. 2526 – 2528 ) โดยนำเรณูมาผ่านกรรมวิธีทาง acetolysis และศึกษาเรณูทุกๆ ชนิด โดยใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์แบบใช้แสง และเลือกศึกษาโดยใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์อีเลคตรอนแบบสแคนเฉพาะเรณูของพืชบางชนิด รายงานผลในแบบการบรรยายพร้อมด้วยรูปภาพของเรณูทุกชนิดที่ศึกษา ลักษณะของเรณูที่ศึกษา 5 ประการได้แก่รูปทรง (shape) ขนาด (size) ขั้ว (pole) ช่องเปิด (aperture)และลวดลายบนผนังเรณู(exine sculpturing)เรณูของพืชบางวงศ์มีลักษณะเด่นเฉพาะและแยกจากกันได้ชัดเจนในหลายๆลักษณะระหว่างกลุ่มที่ใกล้เคียงกัน นอกจากนั้นยังได้นำหยดเหลืองที่พบติดตามรถยนต์และใบไม้ โดยเก็บตัวอย่างในบริเวณจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มาวิเคราะห็ด้วยพบว่าหยดเหลืองประกอบด้วยกลุ่มของเรณูของพันธุ์ไม้ชนิดต่างๆ ที่นำมาศึกษาในครั้งนี้และเรณูของพืชชนิดอื่นที่ยังมิได้นำมาศึกษา |
| Other Abstract: | A study on pollen morphology of trees and shrubs around Chulalongkorn University campus of 29 families, 55 genera, 68 species and 3 varieties has been undertaken ( specimens obtained in 1983 – 1985) by means of acetolysis method, light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy in particular species. The palynological description and the photographs of all studied species were reported. Five characters of pollen grains were investigated, namely shape, size polarity, aperture and exine sculpturing. The pollen morphology of certain families is distinctive and they are significantly distinguished from the related groups in some aspects. In addition, the yellow drops found on cars and leaves around Chulalongkorn University campus were examined. The yellow drops evidently composed of pollen grains of many species of those studied families as well as the other unknown species of flowering plant. |
