| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลสองครั้งก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับกลุ่มสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ 2) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับกลุ่มสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้กับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลหลักของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด จำนวน 40 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับการจับคู่ด้วย อายุ และระยะเวลาในการดูแลผู้ป่วย แล้วใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 20 คน โดยกลุ่มทดลองได้รับการดูแลตามแผนการดำเนินกิจกรรมกลุ่มสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้แบบกลุ่ม ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้แบบกลุ่ม 2) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแล 3) แบบสัมภาษณ์ความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท 4) แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแล 5) แบบวัดสัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้ป่วย ซึ่งผ่านการทดสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงด้วยการหาค่าความสอดคล้องภายในจากสูตรสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟาครอนบาคพบว่า เครื่องมือชุดที่ 3 ชุดที่ 4 และชุดที่ 5 มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.88, 0.85 และ 0.89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังเข้ากลุ่มสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้สูงกว่าก่อนเข้ากลุ่มสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ความสามารถในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของกลุ่มที่ได้รับกลุ่มสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this quasi-experimental research were to compare: 1) dependent care agency of schizophrenic patient’s caregivers before and after they received the supportive–educative group intervention and 2) to compare dependent care agency of schizophrenic patient’s caregivers who received the supportive-educative group intervention and those who received regular nursing care. The sample consisted of 40 primary caregivers of schizophrenic patients, who met the inclusion criteria by age and length of caregiving experience, were matched pair and were randomly assigned to experimental group or control group, 20 subjects in each group. The experimental group received supportive–educative group intervention, whereas the control group received regular nursing care. The research instruments consisted of : 1) Supportive–educative group intervention 2) Socio-Demographic 3) Caregivers’ capabilities in caregivers schizophrenic patients 4) Knowledge in caring 5) Caregiver and schizophrenic patients relationships. All instruments were tested for content validity by 5 professional experts. The reliability of the 3rd, 4th and 5th instruments were reported by Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient of 0.88, 0.85 and 0.89 respectively. Data were analyzed using t-test. Major findings were as follows: 1. Dependent care agency among schizophrenic patient’s caregivers after received supportive–educative group intervention were significantly higher than that before at p .05 levels. 2. Dependent care agency among schizophrenic patient’s caregivers who received supportive–educative group intervention were significantly higher than those who received regular nursing care, at p .05 levels. |
