| Abstract: | การวิจัยเรื่อง “ภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมี แรงจูงใจของผู้นำ ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสหกรณ์ ภายใต้เครือข่ายสหกรณ์อิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย” มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมี แรงจูงใจของผู้นำ และประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสหกรณ์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมีกับแรงจูงใจของผู้นำสหกรณ์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมีกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสหกรณ์ 4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจของผู้นำกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสหกรณ์ และ 5) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสหกรณ์ ด้วยภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมีและแรงจูงใจของผู้นำสหกรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายใต้เครือข่ายสหกรณ์อิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 259 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยเก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถามได้ทั้งหมด 238 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมี แรงจูงใจของผู้นำ และประสิทธิผลองค์การของการบริหารสหกรณ์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมีของผู้นำสหกรณ์มีความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจของผู้นำสหกรณ์ในระดับสูงและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 3) ภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมีของผู้นำสหกรณ์มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลองค์การของการบริหารสหกรณ์ในระดับค่อนข้างสูงและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 4) แรงจูงใจของผู้นำสหกรณ์มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลองค์การของการบริหารสหกรณ์ในระดับค่อนข้างสูงและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 5) ภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมีด้านการกำหนดหน้าที่ชัดเจน ภาวะผู้นำแบบบารมีด้านการมีความมั่นใจในตัวผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา และแรงจูงใจของผู้นำด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่รับผิดชอบ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลองค์การของการบริหารสหกรณ์โดยรวมได้ร้อยละ 62.30 |
| Other Abstract: | This thesis has five objectives: 1) to study characteristics of Charismatic Leader, Leader Motivation, and the effectiveness of cooperative management; 2) to study the relation between Charismatic Leadership and Leader Motivation; 3) to study the relation between Charismatic Leadership and the effectiveness of cooperative management; 4) to study the relation between Leader Motivation and the effectiveness of cooperative management; and 5) to construct a predicted equation of the effectiveness of cooperative management by Charismatic Leader and Leader Motivation. The sample consisted of 259 cooperative officers under Thailand Islamic Cooperative Network, of which 238 questionnaires or 91.89% have been refused. The data were analysed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson' s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. It was found from the study that: 1) opinions about Charismatic Leadership and effectiveness of cooperative management in general were at a high level. 2) Charismatic Leadership was related to cooperative leader motivation with a statistical significance at 0.01 level. 3) Charismatic Leadership of cooperative leader was related to effectiveness of cooperative management with a statistical significance at the 0.01 level. 4) Cooperative Leader motivation was related to effectiveness of cooperative management with a statistical significance at the 0.01 level. 5) Charismatic Leader in the role clarification, and follower confidence in subordinates together with Leader motivation in responsibility were able to predict the effectiveness of cooperative management 62.30%. |
