| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพ 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพ 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 324 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของกลยุทธ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNIModified ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการบริหารบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพประกอบด้วย กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารงานวิชาการ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน การนิเทศการสอน การพัฒนาและการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยี การวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนกรอบแนวคิดการพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพประกอบด้วย 3 คุณลักษณะได้แก่ มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และมีความคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ มีความสามารถในด้านเศรษฐกิจ มีคุณธรรมและมีความรับผิดชอบ 2) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาฯ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนค่าเฉลี่ย (3.84) ส่วนสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาฯ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดโดยพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนค่าเฉลี่ย (4.67) และกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพประกอบด้วย 5 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ (1) พัฒนาสื่อและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพ (2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรพลเมืองคุณภาพ (3) นิเทศการสอนพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพ (4) พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนพลเมืองคุณภาพ (5) วัดและประเมินผลพัฒนาพลเมืองคุณภาพ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to 1) to study the academic management conceptual framework of secondary school according to the concept of the quality citizen enhancement, 2) to study current and desirable state of academic management of secondary school according to the concept of the quality citizen enhancement, and 3) to develop academic management strategies of secondary school according to the concept of the quality citizen enhancement. The sample of this study consisted of 324 secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The instruments used for data collection were the questionnaires and assessment on suitability and feasibility strategies. Data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNIModified The results of this research showed that 1) academic management conceptual framework of secondary school according to the concept of the quality citizen enhancement consisted of the following concepts: curriculum development, instructional management, instructional supervision, development and use of technology, and measurement and evaluation. Conceptual framework on quality citizen enhancement consisted of three characteristics as follows: creativity and critical thinking, economic capability, morality and responsibility. 2) Overall current state of academic management of secondary school was at high level. The highest mean score area was instructional management (=3.84). Overall desirable state of academic management of secondary school was at highest level. The highest mean score area was instructional management (=4.67). Moreover, academic management strategies of secondary school according to the concept of the quality citizen enhancement consisted of five strategies including: (1) curriculum development, (2) media and technology development, (3) instructional management development, (4) measurement and evaluation development, and (5) instructional supervision development for quality citizen enhancement. |
