| dc.description.abstract | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพัฒนาการและรูปแบบการตั้งถิ่นฐานของชุมชนคลองบางน้อย 2) ศึกษาเอกลักษณ์ชุมชนคลองบางน้อยที่มีคุณค่าต่อการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟู 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และสภาพปัญหาทางด้านกายภาพ กิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพการพัฒนาของชุมชนคลองบางน้อย 4) เสนอแนะแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูที่เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับบทบาทของชุมชน จากการศึกษาพบว่าชุมชนคลองบางน้อย จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม เป็นชุมชนริมน้ำที่มีคุณค่าและเอกลักษณ์ทางด้านสุนทรียภาพ ด้านสังคม-วัฒนธรรม และด้านประวัติศาสตร์ ซึ่งเกิดจากพัฒนาการของพื้นที่ในช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมา เมื่อวิถีชีวิตเดิมที่เคยอยู่ร่วมกับน้ำเปลี่ยนไปเป็นการตั้งถิ่นฐานบนบกที่มีความสะดวกรวดเร็วมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้บทบาทและความสำคัญของชุมชนริมน้ำลดน้อยลง ความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่กำลังเกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ชุมชน ก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบและเกิดภาวะความเสี่ยงต่อการเสื่อมสลายของความเป็นชุมชนริมน้ำ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าชุมชนแห่งนี้มีศักยภาพสูงในการพัฒนาให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรมอีกแห่งหนึ่งของจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม แนวทางในการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูชุมชนคลองบางน้อยที่เสนอแนะ ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานของการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในชุมชน ในการจัดการกับมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนโดยเน้นความเป็นตัวตนของท้องถิ่น ประกอบด้วย การใช้ที่ดินที่เหมาะสม การอนุรักษ์รูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมและองค์ประกอบของชุมชนริมคลอง การรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมของคลองและภูมิทัศน์ชุมชน การจัดการและส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมความรู้ในการอนุรักษ์ชุมชนแก่ประชาชนในท้องถิ่น | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this thesis are : 1) to study the development and settlement pattern of Klong Bang Noi community 2) to study the valuable indentity of the community that should be conserved and regenerated 3) to study relationships between physical aspects and economic and social activities, existing problems and development potentials of the community ; and 4) to propose conservation and regeneration guidelines that are suitable and harmonious with the role of the community. The study reveals that Klong Bang Noi community, Samut Songkhram province is a water-based community comprising aesthetic, socio-culltural and historic values and identities which have been developed through a period of time. As the water-based way of life has been changed to land-based settlement which is more convenience for living, the role and significance of the water-based community have been gradually declined. This situation has negative impact and has given rise to a risk for the deterioration of the water-based community. In addition, the study reveals that this community has a high potential for cultural tourism development. The proposed conservation and regeneration guidelines for Klong Bang Noi community are based upon community participation in cultural heritage management together with the emphasis on the community identity. They include appropriate land uses, conservation of water-based architecture and community elements, conservation of the natural environment of the canal and canalside landscape, tourism management and promotion, and providing community conservation knowledge to local people. | en_US |
