| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในโครงการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษา จังหวัดนครนายก ประชากรที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในโครงการฯ จำนวน 11 โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ผู้รับผิดชอบการจัดทำหลักสูตร และครูผู้สอนเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แจกแจงความถี่ นำเสนอข้อมูลโดย การบรรยาย และ ตารางประกอบคำบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านการวางแผนจัดทำหลักสูตร โรงเรียนจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการหลักสูตร ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร กำหนดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ และ กำหนดวิธีการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน ปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ โรงเรียนขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่สำเร็จการศึกษาทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ นอกจากนั้นบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และ การวัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง แนวนโยบายทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจากส่วนกลาง ความต้องการของผู้เรียน และ ศักยภาพของโรงเรียน ไม่สอดคล้องกัน ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร โรงเรียนจัดเตรียมบุคลากรและจัดครูเข้าสอน จัดตารางสอนเป็นวิชาพื้นฐานช่วงชั้นละ 1 ระดับชั้น โดยจัดเป็นคาบคู่ จัดเตรียมวัสดุหลักสูตรและสื่อการเรียนการสอน ติดตั้งระบบเครือข่ายเฉพาะที่ (LAN) จัดเตรียมอาคารสถานที่ จัดงบประมาณ จัดการนิเทศติดตามผลการใช้หลักสูตรโดยจัดประชุมครูทุกเดือนและเมื่อสิ้นภาคเรียน และจัดให้มีการประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร ปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ โรงเรียนขาดแคลนบุคลากรทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ ขาดงบประมาณในการบริหารหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ครูผู้สอนจัดทำแผนการสอน โดยจัดทำโครงการสอนล่วงหน้า 1 ปีและทำแผนการสอนล่วงหน้า 1 ภาคเรียน จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นทักษะกระบวนการและการลงมือปฏิบัติ จัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร จัดสอนซ่อมเสริม พัฒนาและใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน วัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง ปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนมีภาระงานด้านอื่นมาก ขาดงบประมาณในการสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน และเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีอยู่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพเพียงพอ |
| Other Abstract: | The research aims to investigate the process of information technology (IT) curriculum development in secondary schools in The Information Technology Project Under the Initiatives of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Nakhon Nayok Education Service Area. Respondents in the research from eleven secondary schools consisted of school administrators, curriculum managers, curriculum developers and IT teachers. Semi-structured interviews were used in this study. The data have been analyzed by using content analysis and frequency. Information represent by description and table with description. Accordingly, it has been found that : At the planning stage, schools have done the following process : setting up curriculum committee; analyzing the basic requirement; setting curriculum goals, learning experience, measurement and evaluation. They face the problems of lacking IT graduate staffs, qualified curriculum development personnel, and authentically understanding assessors. Moreover the government's IT policy, students' need and schools' potentiality are not interrelated. At the management stage, schools provide IT personnel and teachers. Information technology has become a 2-hour compulsory subject for each level. LAN is also set up in school's computer system. In addition, they provide computer classrooms and budget. Supervision is conducted through monthly meeting and at the end of each semester's meeting. They also publicize the curriculum. However, they encounter insufficient IT personnel, and budget for their management. The learning and teaching activities, teachers plan their IT long term planning one year ahead and plan their lessons one semester in advance. Process skill and learning by doing are the techniques they often use. Schools also provide co-curriculum activities, authentic assessment, and offer remedial teaching. They use and develop educational resources. Nevertheless, the problems they encounter are : teachers are overburdened by other tasks besides their teaching load, and they have insufficient fund and inefficient computers. |
