| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนอนหลับของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัดและศึกษาความสามารถในการพยากรณ์ของปัจจัย ได้แก่ ความคิดที่ไม่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการนอนหลับ พฤติกรรมการขัดขวางการนอนหลับ ความปวด ความเหนื่อยล้า อาการร้อนวูบวาบ การรบกวนด้านอารมณ์ กับอาการนอนไม่หลับในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับเคมีบำบัด และเข้ารับการรักษาในแผนกเคมีบำบัด โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ จำนวน 120 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความคิดที่ไม่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการนอนหลับ แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมที่ขัดขวางการนอนหลับ แบบประเมินความปวด แบบประเมินความเหนื่อยล้า แบบประเมินอาการร้อนวูบวาบ แบบประเมินการรบกวนด้านอารมณ์และแบบประเมินการนอนหลับ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและหาความเที่ยงจากแบบประเมินได้เท่ากับ .80, .81, .91, .92 และ. 90ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.การนอนหลับของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับเคมีบำบัดอยู่ในระยะไม่มีอาการนอนไม่หลับ(No clinically significant insomnia)( x = 1.93, SD = 1.06) 2.พฤติกรรมที่ขัดขวางการนอนหลับ ความรุนแรงของอาการร้อนวูบวาบ และความคิดที่ไม่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการนอนหลับ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ปัญหาการนอนหลับของกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับเคมีบำบัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 63และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้ อาการนอนไม่หลับของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับเคมีบำบัด=+.599 (พฤติกรรมที่ขัดขวางการนอนหลับ)+.378(ความรุนแรงของอาการร้อนวูบวาบ)+.156(ความคิดที่ไม่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการนอนหลับ) |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to investigate the predictive power among dysfunctional thought about sleep, sleep inhibitor behavior, pain, fatigue, hot flashes, mood disturbance and sleep in breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy . One hundred and twenty breast cancer patients were recruited by using a purposive sampling technique from out patients department of tertiary hospitals. The instruments used for data collection were the demographic data form, dysfunctional belief, sleep inhibitor behavior, pain scale, fatigue scale, hot flashes daily, mood disturbance and sleep questionnaire. These instruments were tested for their content validity by a panel of experts. Internal consistency reliability tested by Cronbach’s alpha were .80, .81, .91, .92 and .90, respectively. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s production-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regressions. The study findings revealed that 1.Breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy had not clinically significant insomnia (x= 1.93, SD = 1.06) 2. Sleep inhibitor behaviors, severity of hot flashes and dysfunction thought about sleep were variables that statistically significant predicted sleep in breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy at the level of .05. The predictive power was 63 % of variance. The equation derived from standardize score was: Insomnia in breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy=+.599(sleep inhibitor behaviors)+.378(severity of hot flashes)+.156(dysfunction thought about sleep) |
