| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะดิจิทัลที่เหมาะสมสำหรับครู 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์สมรรถนะดิจิทัลของนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรวิชาชีพครูเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัล และ 4) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัลในหลักสูตรวิชาชีพครู การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะดิจิทัลที่เหมาะสมสำหรับครู จากการสังเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัย ประกอบกับการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ระยะที่ 2 วิเคราะห์สมรรถนะดิจิทัลของนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 3 ระยะที่ 3 วิเคราะห์หลักสูตรวิชาชีพครูเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัล จากการเอกสารหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต ประกอบกับการสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ผู้สอน และนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 3 และระยะที่ 4 นำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัลในหลักสูตรวิชาชีพครู โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติบรรยาย และความแปรปรวนทางเดียว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. สมรรถนะดิจิทัลสำหรับครูประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับสื่อและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ทักษะการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล องค์ประกอบที่ 3 การเลือกใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล องค์ประกอบที่ 4 การผลิตสื่อและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และองค์ประกอบที่ 5 จรรยาบรรณในการใช้สื่อ 2. นิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์มีสมรรถนะดิจิทัลในระดับมาก โดยนิสิตในกลุ่มสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา มีสมรรถนะดิจิทัลสูงกว่า นิสิตในกลุ่มสาขาที่มีการสอนรายวิชาที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัลเป็นรายวิชาบังคับเอก และกลุ่มสาขาวิชาที่ไม่มีการสอนรายวิชาที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัลรายวิชาบังคับเอก ตามลำดับ 3. หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตมีการวางเป้าหมายการส่งเสริมให้นิสิตมีความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ แต่มีรายวิชาที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัลไม่เพียงพอในหลายรายวิชาเอก ด้านสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนในคณะครุศาสตร์ มีการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการจัดการเรียนการสอนน้อย การสนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับสื่อและเทคโนโลยีมีไม่เพียงพอ การเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาครูซึ่งเป็นวิชาบังคับและวิชาเอกที่มีการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัลมีเนื้อหาไม่เหมาะสมและมีจำนวนรายวิชาน้อย และมีการสอนเกี่ยวกับจรรยาบรรณในการใช้สื่อในหลายรายวิชา ด้านสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์มีความหลากหลาย 4. แนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัลในหลักสูตรวิชาชีพครู ได้แก่ 1) เพิ่มรายวิชาครูซึ่งเป็นวิชาบังคับที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพิ่มเติม 2) ปรับเนื้อหาในรายวิชาครูรายวิชาครูซึ่งเป็นวิชาบังคับที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 3) จัดกิจกรรมบังคับในหลักสูตร หรือนอกหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะดิจิทัล 4) สร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างสาขาวิชาเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของนิสิต 5) กระตุ้นให้อาจารย์เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับสื่อเทคโนโลยี |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the components of digital competence for teachers, 2) to analyze digital competence of student teachers, 3) to analyze curriculum of teacher education program about digital competence enhancement and 4) to present the ways to enhance digital competence in curriculum of teacher education program. This study divided into 4 phases.Phase 1 to analyze the components of digital competence for teachers from synthesizing documentaries and interviewing with 10 educational technology experts. Phase 2 to analyze digital competence of student teachers (third-year) of Chulalongkorn university. Phase 3 to analyze curriculum of teacher education program about digital competence enhancement from analyzing curriculum and interviewing with professors and student teachers in faculty of education, Chulalongorn University. Phase 4 to present the ways to enhance digital competence in curriculum of teacher education program by interviewing with 10 educational technology experts. Analyze the quantitative data by descriptive statistics and one-way analysis of variance.The qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis.Research results were as follows: 1. Digital competence consisted of 5 factors. These were basic knowledge of digital media and technology, digital media and technology skills, choosing digital media and technology, creating digital media and technology and media ethics. 2. Student teachers had much digital competence. Student teachers studying in Educational Technology had more digital competence of student teachers than Student teachers studying in other fields. 3. Curriculum of teacher education program had objectives to develop digital skill, but it had few or no subjects that develop digital competence in some feilds. For teaching and learning management, most professors did not usually use the digital media for teaching. Supporting about digital technology and media was not sufficient. Mandatory subject about digital technology and media had unsuitable contents. There were few or no sufficient subjects that develop digital competence in some feilds. Most professors taught about media ethics. Finally digital competence of student teachers were diversity. 4. Five ways to enhance digital competence in curriculum of teacher education program were 1) To Add more mandatory subject about digital technology and media, 2) To adjust contents in mandatory subject about digital technology and media, 3) To add activities for developing digital competence, 4) To collaborate with other feilds for developing digital competence and 5) To encourage professor for developing digital competence. |
