dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความรู้และการปฏิบัติงานก่อนและหลังการดำเนินงานความริเริ่มของความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในการวิจัย ลักษณะการดำเนินงานความริเริ่มของความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในการวิจัย และการเปลี่ยนแปลงของความรู้และการปฏิบัติงานอันเนื่องมาจากอิทธิพลของความริเริ่มของความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในการวิจัยของครูโรงเรียนและอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย วิธีการวิจัยเป็นแบบกรณีศึกษาพหุพื้นที่ (multisite case study) 4 แห่ง ในโครงการวิจัย 2 โครงการ การศึกษาเป็นแบบสืบย้อน โดยการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์อย่างไม่เป็นทางการ และแบบเจาะลึก การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และการสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การลดทอนข้อมูล การเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลและสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพความรู้และการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนและอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยก่อนการดำเนินงานโครงการวิจัย มีลักษณะยังขาดความรู้ในเนื้อหาที่โครงการวิจัยมุ่งเน้นและสำหรับผู้ที่พอมีความรู้ก็ยังขาดการนำความรู้มาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ขาดความสม่ำเสมอในการปฏิบัติ และครูโรงเรียนไม่สามารถทำวิจัยและนำผลการวิจัยมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้ 2) ลักษณะการดำเนินงานความริเริ่มของความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในการวิจัยระหว่างครูโรงเรียนและอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมี 3 แบบ คือ แบบนำพัฒนา แบบกัลยาณมิตร และแบบสนับสนุน โดยทั้ง 3 แบบมีลักษณะความริเริ่มของความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในการวิจัย 5 ประการ คือ (1) มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายในการวิจัยร่วมกัน (2) มีการกำหนดบทบาทที่ชัดเจนในการวิจัยร่วมกัน (3) มีกิจกรรมที่ทำร่วมกันในการวิจัย (4) มีการทบทวนความสัมพันธ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ และ (5) มีการเอื้อประโยชน์ต่อกันในการวิจัย 3) สภาพความรู้และการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนและอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยหลังการดำเนินงานโครงการวิจัย มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในลักษณะการเพิ่มความรู้มากขึ้นในเนื้อหาสาระที่มุ่งเน้นของโครงการวิจัยและสามารถนำความรู้มาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้มากขึ้นและอย่างหลากหลาย มีการพัฒนางานที่ปฏิบัติอย่างต่อเนื่องสามารถทำวิจัยได้และมีการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน อิทธิพลสำคัญของความริเริ่มของความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในการวิจัยคือ ทำให้ครูโรงเรียนและอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จากกันและกัน อันเป็นผลทำให้แต่ละฝ่ายเกิดความรู้ที่มีคุณค่าทั้งในเชิงทฤษฎีและเชิงปฏิบัติ และก้าวสู่การพัฒนาวิชาชีพร่วมกัน	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study the state of knowledge and practice before and after taking part in the initiation of research partnership, the characteristic of the operation of the initiation of research partnership, the change of knowledge and practice of school teachers and university faculties as a result of the initiation of research partnership. A multisite case study was employed in 4 sites of two projects with retrospective approach. The data collection process consisted of participant observation, informal interview, in-depth interview, documentary analysis, and focus group discussion. The data was analyzed by the method of content analysis, reduction of data, constant comparative study, and inductive method. The research results were as follows. 1) The state of knowledge and practices of school teachers and university faculties before taking part in the initiation of research partnership was empty and weak. Moreover, school teachers were unable to do and use research to improve their works. 2) There were 3 types of the initiation of research partnership between school teachers and university faculties which were: Developmental Operation, Kanlayanamitra Operation, and Supporting Operation. These 3 types share 5 collaborative characteristics of the initiation of research partnership which were: (1) setting research goal (2) setting precise roles in research cooperation 3) sharing activities 4) regularly reflection on the relationship and 5) facilitating each and mutual benefits. 3) After taking part in the initiation of research partnership, the state of knowledge and practices of school teachers and university faculties were change in development direction according to the focus of the content and the variety practice of the projects. They were able to do and use research to improve their works. Effects of the initiation of research partnership were enable school teachers and university faculties to exchange their theory and practice. These yielded a good development of knowledge in both dimensions of theory and practice which supported collaborative professional development.	en
