| Abstract: | ศึกษาความต้องการเรียนรู้ และประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ด้านคุณภาพชีวิต พัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ในชุมชนชนบท และศึกษาเงื่อนไขที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการจัดรูปแบบการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาอยู่ในชุมชนชนบทภาคเหนือ จำนวน 454 คน การสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 4 กลุ่ม และทดลองจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่จังหวัดพิจิตร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินผลก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และแบบสังเกต การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม SPSS/PC+ และใช้สถิติ t-test ในการทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างคะแนนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามข้อเท็จจริงของข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการเรียนรู้ของผู้ใหญ่เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต มีความต้องการเรียนรู้ด้านสุขภาพอนามัยมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านการศึกษา ผู้ใหญ่มีประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ด้านคุณภาพชีวิตที่ใกล้เคียงกัน ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ในชุมชนชนบทภาคเหนือ สรุปรูปแบบการเรียนรู้มีจำนวน 5 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย การทบทวนประสบการณ์เดิม ประสบการณ์ใหม่ การคิดวิเคราะห์ การทดลอง และการนำไปใช้ ผลการทดลองพบว่า คะแนนของผลการเรียนรู้หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนทั้งด้านความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรม และผลการทดสอบทางสถิติพบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ความแตกต่างด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต เงื่อนไขที่เป็นอุปสรรคที่สำคัญต่อการจัดรูปแบบการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ประกอบด้วย ประสบการณ์ ค่านิยม ความเชื่อ และวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน ปัญหาที่พบประกอบด้วย ปัญหาด้านผู้สอน หลักสูตร สื่อการสอน และปัญหาด้านผู้เรียน |
| Other Abstract: | To study the learning needs, experiential learning on quality of life, develop the experiential learning model in Thailand's northern rural community, test the experiential learning model, and to study the conditions of problem from process of experiential learning model. The sample size consisted of 454 people were from the northern rural community. Four focus groups were organized while pilot study of the learning model was caried out in Phichit province. Instruments were questionaires, focus group discussion, pre-test, post-test, and observation forms. Data analysis from questionaires were analyzed by computer program SPSS/PC+, and t-test was used to analyzed scores of pre-test and post-test. Analysis of quality data by content analysis with the fact data was taken into account. The results of the study revealed that the priority need of adults learning to improve for quality of life was public health while education was ranked the second. Adults had the same experiential learning as on quality of life. A development of the experiential learning model to improve quality of life for adults in the northern rural community could be categorized into 5 steps as follows : reviewing of experience background, new experience, analitical thinking, try-out, and applicability. The score of post-test was higher than pre-test on knowledge, attitude, and practice with a significance at 0.05 level, as it is hypothesized. The personal background difference was not significantly related to the learning needs for quality of life. The condition to obstacle of the experiential learning model could be listed as : experience, value, faith, and community culture. The problems of this model were 4 factors namely teacher, curriculum, media, and learner. |
