| Abstract: | ออกแบบฐานข้อมูลของระบบข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีทางด้านระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ จัดทำโปรแกรมประยุกต์เพื่อการนำเสนอ ข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางด้านท่องเที่ยว ในลักษณะของเมนูการเรียกค้นข้อมูลทางหน้าจอภาพ และจัดลำดับศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยว เพื่อใช้วางแผนพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอนาคต การออกแบบฐานข้อมูลในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ (Spatial data) และข้อมูลลักษณะประจำ (Attribute data) หลังจากได้ออกแบบฐานข้อมูลแล้ว ได้สร้างฐานข้อมูลโดยข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ สร้างด้วยโปรแกรม Pc Arc/Info 3.5 และฐานข้อมูลลักษณะประจำ สร้างด้วยโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel แล้วเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลทั้งสองเข้าด้วยกัน ด้วยค่ารหัสประจำตัวที่ได้กำหนดไว้ ด้วยโปรแกรม ArcView 3.1 และสร้างโปรแกรมประยุกต์ด้วยภาษา Avenue สำหรับการจัดลำดับศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลัก จำนวน 39 แห่งในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ใช้ตัวแปรหลัก 14 ตัวแปร ในการจัดลำดับศักยภาพ ได้ใช้เทคนิคการถ่วงน้ำหนัก (Weighting) โดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation coefficient) เพื่อจำแนกแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีศักยภาพสูง ปานกลาง และต่ำ หลังจากผ่านวิธีการดำเนินการข้างต้น ผลของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ (1) ทำให้ได้ฐานข้อมูลในระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ ด้านการท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ (2) ได้โปรแกรมประยุกต์ที่นำเสนอข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางด้านท่องเที่ยว เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ได้สอบถามผ่านหน้าจอภาพในระบบเมนูภาษาไทย (3) ได้ค่าศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งได้ 3 กลุ่ม คือ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีศักยภาพสูง 12 แห่ง แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีศักยภาพปานกลาง 11 แห่ง แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีศักยภาพต่ำ 16 แห่ง เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการตัดสินใจวางแผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวต่อไป |
| Other Abstract: | To design tourism database system of Changwat Prachuap Khiri Khan by using the geographic information system technology ; to create the application program for presenting the tourism information and retrieving the information by using menu bar ; and to set the potential priority of tourism spots for future planning and development. Designing database in this research has been divided into 2 parts : spatial data and attribute data. After the database has been designed, it has been created later. The Pc Arc/Info 3.5 software has been used for creating the spatial data and the Microsoft Excel software has been used for creating the attribute data. These 2 database were combined together by using identical codes and the ArcView 3.1 software. Then application program was created by using Avenue language. For potential assessment, 14 variables were used for setting the priority of 39 tourism spots by using weight rating technique and correlation coefficient. After passing the methodology process above, the results of this research outputs were (1) Tourism database of Changwat Prachuap Khiri Khan by using the geographic information system (2) Application program for presenting tourism information which the users can retrieve the information by a monitor in the Thai-menu bar system and (3) categories of Potential value of 39 tourism spots that has been classified into 3 groups as follow : high (12), moderate (11), and low potential (16). |
