| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามแห่งตนและความหวังที่มีต่อการสำรวจอาชีพ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี หลักสูตร 4 ปี ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวัดการริเริ่มการพัฒนาแห่งตน (⍺ = .887) แบบวัดความหวัง (⍺ = .892) และแบบวัดการประเมินสถานะอัตลักษณ์ทางอาชีพ (⍺ = .772) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามแห่งตนมีสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการสำรวจอาชีพ (r = .520, p < .01, หางเดียว) และความหวังมีสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการสำรวจอาชีพ (r = .305, p < .01, หางเดียว) นอกจากนี้การริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามแห่งตนและความหวังร่วมกันทำนายการสำรวจอาชีพได้บางส่วนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (R2 = .271, p < .01) โดยการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามแห่งตนมีน้ำหนักในการทำนายการสำรวจอาชีพ (β = .543, p < .01) มากกว่าความหวัง (β = -.037, ns) ผลการวิจัยแสดงว่าการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามแห่งตนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการสำรวจอาชีพ และพบว่าความหวังมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการสำรวจอาชีพ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามแห่งตนสามารถทำนายการสำรวจอาชีพ ในขณะที่ความหวังไม่สามารถทำนายการสำรวจอาชีพได้ ดังนั้นจึงควรส่งเสริมการริเริ่มพัฒนาความงอกงามแห่งตนเพื่อให้เกิดการสำรวจอาชีพมากขึ้น | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study relations among personal growth initiative, hope, and career exploration. Participants were 120 undergraduates from Chulalongkorn University. Research instruments were Personal Growth Initiative Scale–II (PGIS–II) (⍺ = .887), State Hope Scale (⍺ = .892), and Vocational Identity Status Assessment (VISA) (⍺ = .772) Results showed positive correlations that personal growth initiative had with career exploration (r = .520, p < .01, one-tailed) and hope had with career exploration (r = .305, p < .01, one-tailed). Personal growth initiative and hope could partially significantly predict career exploration (R2 = .271, p < .01). The standardized regression coefficient of personal growth initiative was 0.543 (β = .543, p < .01) and hope was -0.037 (β = -.037, ns). According to the results, there is a positive correlation between personal growth initiative and career exploration. In addition, Hope positively correlates with career exploration. Finally, we found that personal growth initiative has potential to predict career exploration but hope has no potential to predict career exploration. Thus, personal growth initiative should be encouraged to provide more career exploration. | en_US |
