dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการกล้าแสดงออกอย่างเหมาะสม ความมีจิตสานึก ในการทานายการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างจานวน 100 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การกล้าแสดงออกอย่างเหมาะสมไม่มีสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .198, p >.05) 2. ความมีจิตสานึกมีสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .474, p <.01) 3. การกล้าแสดงออกอย่างเหมาะสมและความมีจิตสานึกไม่สามารถร่วมกันทานายการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง แต่ความมีจิตสานึกเพียงตัวเดียวสามารถทานายการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองได้อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ (β = .468, p<.001)	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the relationship among Assertiveness, Conscientiousness and Self-esteem of the students of Chulalongkorn University. The subjects were 100 Chulalongkorn University students which consisted of 35 males and 65 females Results indicate that 1. Assertiveness has no significant positive correlation with Self-esteem (r = .198 ,p >.05) 2. Conscientiousness has a significant positive correlation with Self-esteem (r = .474, p <.01) 3. Assertiveness and Conscientiousness cannot predict Self-esteem (p >.05). However, Conscientiousness can significantly predict Self-esteem (β = .468, p<.001)	en_US
