| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ(1) วิเคราะห์ความต้องการการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม (2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม (3) ทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม (4) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัย เงื่อนไขและปัญหาของการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมไปใช้ ประชากรคือผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 50 คนกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมภาคตะวันออกจำนวน 20 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. ผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมมีความต้องการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมมีองค์ประกอบของโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย 1. วัตถุประสงค์ 2. ผู้เรียน 3. ผู้สอน 4.เนื้อหาสาระ 5. กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 6. ระยะเวลา 7. แหล่งความรู้และสื่อ 8. สภาพแวดล้อม และ 9. การวัดและประเมินผล 3. ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน คือ (1) กลุ่มทดลองมีลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) กลุ่มทดลองมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ในเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) กลุ่มทดลองมีทัศนคติที่สอดคล้องกับผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (4) กลุ่มทดลองมีพฤติกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมคือ 1.ผู้เรียน 2. ผู้สอน 3. ระยะเวลา 4. เนื้อหาสาระ 5. กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 6.แหล่งความรู้และสื่อ และ 7.สภาพแวดล้อม เงื่อนไขของการใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมคือ ความเต็มใจในการฝึกทักษะของผู้เรียน ประสบการณ์การเป็นผู้นำกลุ่ม ความรู้ในแนวคิดการพัฒนาผู้นำในตนเองของผู้สอน การมีระยะเวลาฝึกทักษะที่เพียงพอ การจัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับฤดูกาล และประเมินผลพฤติกรรมจากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้เรียนเพื่อได้รับข้อมูลที่เป็นจริง ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการจัดโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้นำเยาวชนอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม คือ สภาพอากาศที่ไม่เหมาะสมในการศึกษานอกสถานที่ การขาดเวลาที่เพียงพอในการฝึกทักษะและการขาดโอกาสในการปรับเปลี่ยนบางพฤติกรรม |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of the research were:1) to analyze environmental conservation youth leaders’ learning needs 2) to develop a non-formal education program to enhance participative leadership for environmental conservation youth leaders 3) to implement a non-formal education program to enhance participative leadership for environmental conservation youth leaders and 4) to analyze factors, conditions, and problems of the application of a non-formal education program to enhance participative leadership for environmental conservation youth leaders. The population of this study were 50 environmental conservation youth leaders in the eastern region of Thailand and the sample of this study were 20 environmental conservation youth leaders in the eastern region of Thailand. The research findings were as follows: 1. The environmental conservation youth leaders wanted to develop themselves as the participative leaders and wanted to learn the mangrove conservation. 2. A non-formal education program to enhance participative leadership for environmental conservation youth leaders consists of objective, learners, instructors, content, learning activities, time duration, learning resources and media, environment, and, assessment and evaluation. 3. The results of the program implementation were as follows: (1) The score of the participative leadership characteristic after the experimentation increased higher than the prior experimentation with statistical significant at level of .05. (2) The score of the knowledge of the participative leadership concept after the experimentation increased higher than the prior experimentation with statistical significant at level of .05. (3) The score of the participative leadership attitude after the experimentation increased higher than the prior experimentation with statistical significant at level of .05. (4) The score of the participative leadership behavior after the experimentation increased higher than the prior experimentation with statistical significant at level of .05. 4. The factors concerning the non-formal education program were learners, instructors, content, time duration, learning activities, learning resources and media. The conditions of application of a non-formal education program were learners’ skill practicing willingness , learners’ experience, instructor’s comprehension of the Leader in You concept, sufficient time for skill practicing, appropriate time for field trips,and, evaluation of the changing behavior by group advisors. The obstacles and problems of program were inappropriate weather condition for field trips, insufficient time for some habit changes, and, lack of some skill practicing opportunities |
