| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานในโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การบริหารจัดการ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดประสบการณ์ภาษาอังกฤษ และการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางภาษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีจำนวน 643 คน แบ่งเป็น ครู จำนวน 568 คน และหัวหน้าโครงการฯ จำนวน 75 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบบันทึกการสังเกต และแบบสำรวจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่และคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารจัดการ โรงเรียนมีนโยบายเข้าร่วมโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ มาเป็นเวลามากกว่า 5 ปี โดยได้มีการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติงานประจำปีเพื่อกำกับและติดตามการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานโครงการฯ 2. การพัฒนาหลักสูตร โรงเรียนมีการจัดทำหลักสูตรเฉพาะสำหรับใช้ในโครงการฯ โดยเป็นหลักสูตรที่จัดทำขึ้นเองโดยครูไม่มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำหลักสูตร สาระการเรียนรู้ในโครงการฯ ได้กำหนดไว้ชัดเจนในหลักสูตรที่ทางโรงเรียนใช้ 3. การจัดประสบการณ์ภาษาอังกฤษ โรงเรียนมีเป้าหมายในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อให้เด็กมีความสนุกสนานและสร้างความคุ้นเคยกับภาษาอังกฤษ เน้นการฟังและสนทนาโต้ตอบ โดยคำนึงความพร้อมของเด็ก ประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ทางภาษาของเด็กโดยการสังเกตพฤติกรรม หลังการสอนพบว่าความสามารถทางภาษาของเด็กเปลี่ยนแปลงในระดับปานกลาง 4. การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางภาษา โรงเรียนคำนึงถึงการจัดป้ายนิเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษภายในห้องเรียน และมีการจัดลานกิจกรรมเป็นพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ภายนอกห้องเรียน 5. ปัญหาที่พบ ครูชาวต่างประเทศที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการกำหนดมีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอ ครูชาวไทยขาดความรู้ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ผู้ปกครองส่วนมากขาดการสนับสนุนในการพัฒนาภาษาอังกฤษเด็กที่บ้าน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study state and problems of operation on English program for young children in four aspects: an administration, a curriculum development, an organizing of English experience, and a language environmental arrangement. The samples were 643 which were divided into 568 teachers and 75 Project leaders. The research instruments were a questionnaire, an interview form, an observation form, and a survey form. Data were analyzed by frequency and percentage. The findings were as follows: 1. An administration: The schools had had a policy to join the English program for more than 5 years by having an operational plan for directing and monitoring the annual operating plan to the project. 2. A curriculum development: The schools made a special curriculum for the English program project. Teachers didn’t involve in providing a special curriculum. Learning strand of English program is set in the school curriculum. 3. An organizing of English experience: The schools’ goal in teaching and learning English language to children was to have fun and to be familiar with the language. By emphasize listening and speaking skills in consideration of children’ readiness. Learning assessment of the language was by behavioral observation. It found that, after teaching English language ability had changed to the medium level. 4. A language environmental arrangement: The schools considered the documentary board to promote teaching and learning English language within the classrooms, as well as to provide learning areas outside the classroom. 5. Problems: There were lack of the foreign language teachers as indicated along with the Ministry of Education. Thai teachers were lack of the English language ability. Most parents were lack of support their children’ development of English language at home. |
