| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและภาวะคุกคาม ของการบริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบ Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method Design เก็บข้อมูลจากโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษารัฐบาลและเอกชน จำนวน 200 แห่ง มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียน/นักศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNImodified และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการบริหารวิชาการมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำกว่าการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนนักศึกษา และสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยด้านการบริหารวิชาการมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าด้านบริหารกิจการนักเรียนนักศึกษา 2) จุดแข็งของการบริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน คือการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนนักศึกษา ส่วนจุดอ่อนคือการบริหารวิชาการ โดยมีนโยบายของรัฐเป็นสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่เสริมสร้างโอกาส ในขณะที่สภาพสังคม สภาพเศรษฐกิจ และสภาพเทคโนโลยีเป็นภาวะคุกคามการบริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน และ 3) กลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน ประกอบไปด้วย 6 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ (1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน (2) ปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอนเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน (3) ปรับปรุงงานวัดผล และประเมินผลเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน (4) ส่งเสริมงานกิจกรรมนักเรียนนักศึกษา เสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน (5) พัฒนางานส่งเสริมวินัยเสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงาน และ (6) พัฒนางานโครงการพิเศษและการบริการชุมชน เสริมสร้างค่านิยมในการทำงานโดยมีกลยุทธ์รอง 18 กลยุทธ์ และวิธีดำเนินการ 36 วิธี |
| Other Abstract: | The research objectives were to 1) Study the current and desirable states of vocational school management according to the concept of enhancing work values. 2) To analyse the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats of vocational school management according to the concept of enhancing work values, and 3) To develop the strategies of vocational school management according to the concept of enhancing work values. The research applied Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method Design. The samples were 200 vocational schools across Thailand, and the data were collected from the school administrator, teacher, and student. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and evaluation forms. The data were analysed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified, and content from focus group discussion. The result showed that 1) The current state of vocational school management according to the concept of enhancing work values was at high level. The level of academic management was lower than the student affairs management. The desirable state of vocational school management according to the concept of enhancing work values was also at high level. The level of academic management was higher than the student affairs management. 2) The strength of vocational school management according to the concept of enhancing work values was the student affairs management. The weakness was the academic management with the government policy as the opportunity. Meanwhile the social, technology, and economic were threats of vocational school management according to the concept of enhancing. 3) The strategies of vocational school management according to the concept of enhancing work values consisted of 6 main strategies which were (1) Development of enhancing work values curriculum. (2) Revision of enhancing work values learning management. (3) Development of enhancing work values evaluation and assessment. (4) Promotion of student affairs for enhancing work values. (5) Development of student discipline for enhancing work values. (6) Development of special programmes, and community service for enhancing work values. There were also consisted of 18 sub-strategies, and 36 procedures. |
