| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพชุดเครื่องมือประเมินพัฒนาการทางอารมณ์ในทารกไทยวัย 12 เดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ปกครอง/ผู้ดูแลหลักและทารกอายุ 12 เดือน ที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล 30 คู่ และ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่30 คู่ เครื่องมือที่พัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพในงานวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ ชุดเครื่องมือประเมินการแสดงอารมณ์ทารก คือ Laboratory Temperament Assessments Battery (Lab-TAB) และแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมทารกที่ประเมินโดยผู้ปกครอง คือ Mini Infant Behavior Questionnaire (IBQ) – Thai version ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชุดเครื่องมือLab-TAB มีค่าความเที่ยงระหว่างผู้ประเมินในระดับดีมาก คือ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในชั้น (Intra-class Correlation Coefficient) อยู่ระหว่าง.96 ถึง .99 ผลการวิเคราะห์ความตรงเชิงสอดคล้องระหว่างชุดเครื่องมือLab-TAB และแบบประเมิน Mini IBQ -Thai version พบว่ามีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson product moment correlation coefficient) ของการประเมินอารมณ์สนุกสนาน อารมณ์เพลิดเพลิน การยิ้มการหัวเราะ อารมณ์กลัว และอารมณ์โกรธอยู่ในระดับ .39 - .76 และเมื่อวิเคราะห์ด้วยเมตริกซ์หลายคุณลักษณะวิธี (Multitrait-Multimethod Matrix; MMTM) พบว่าชุดเครื่องมือ Lab-TAB และแบบประเมิน Mini IBQ -Thai version มีความตรงเชิงสอดคล้องและความตรงเชิงจำแนก (convergent and discriminant validity) อยู่ในระดับดี ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแผ่ขยาย (Generalizability) ของชุดเครื่องมือ Lab-TAB ระหว่างกลุ่มตัวอย่างในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า เครื่องมือนี้สามารถใช้ประเมินทารกวัย 12 เดือนในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ได้ด้วยผลคะแนนที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed to develop and validate a set of tools for emotional assessment of Thai infants aged 12 months. Participants were 30 dyads of parents/caregivers and infants in Bangkok metropolis, and 30 dyads in Chiangmai. The instruments developed and validated in this study were the Thai version of Laboratory Temperament Assessments Battery (Lab-TAB) and Mini Infant Behavior Questionnaire (IBQ) – Thai version. The psychometric properties of the Lab-TAB were reported with high inter-rater reliability among 3 assessors. The Intra-class correlation coefficients werebetween .96 - .99. Lab-TAB showed convergent validity with Mini IBQ - Thai version in all 5 emotionals assessments (i.e. high pleasure, low pleasure, smile and laugh, fear, and anger) with the coefficients ranging from .39 to .76. Furthermore, correlation coefficients in the Multitrait-Multimethod Matrix generally supported convergent and discriminant validity of Lab-TAB. No difference between infants in urban areas of Bangkok metropolis and Chiangmai was observed, which could be the supporting evidence for the generalizability of the Lab-TAB. | - |
