| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์บริบทพื้นฐานของชุมชนสิ่งทอที่ยังคงมีอัตลักษณ์ด้านภูมิปัญญาและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น นำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดการพัฒนาชุมชนสิ่งทอ พัฒนาตัวแบบนวัตกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชนสิ่งทออย่างยั่งยืน และนำตัวแบบนวัตกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชนสิ่งทออย่างยั่งยืนไปใช้พัฒนาชุมชนสิ่งทอ โดยใช้กรณีศึกษาชุมชนสิ่งทอในอำเภอแม่แจ่ม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ วิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานโดยใช้การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการลงพื้นที่เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลและสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และการสอบถามด้วยแบบสอบถาม โดยได้รับการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บริบทพื้นฐานของชุมชนสิ่งทอในอำเภอแม่แจ่ม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีกระบวนการทำงานและหลักการปฏิบัติของชุมชนที่ทำให้คนในชุมชนมีศักยภาพในการพึ่งพาตนเอง รักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม มีความพอเพียงในด้านเศรษฐกิจ และมีความพึงพอใจกับวิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของตนเองมีพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องมาจากความเคารพนับถือและยึดมั่นในคำสอนตามแนวทางของพุทธศาสนาและดำรงชีวิตสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กรอบแนวคิดที่ได้จากการศึกษาพบว่า ชุมชนสิ่งทอในอำเภอแม่แจ่ม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ สามารถดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างสงบสุขและพอเพียงท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงของวิถีชีวิตปัจจุบันจะมีองค์ประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องอยู่ 2 ส่วน คือ ปัจจัยภายนอกที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ลักษณะทางกายภาพของชุมชน 2) ลักษณะการตั้งถิ่นฐาน 3) สิ่งแวดล้อม และ 4) สภาพทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ และปัจจัยภายในที่สามารถควบคุมหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านสังคมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัฒนธรรม ขนบธรรมเนียม ประเพณี 2) ทัศนคติ/ความเชื่อ 3) ลักษณะการรวมกลุ่ม และ 4) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยทั้ง 2 ส่วนนำมาพัฒนาเป็นตัวแบบนวัตกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชนสิ่งทออย่างยั่งยืน โดยกำหนดเป็นดัชนีชี้วัดลักษณะของชุมชนสิ่งทอที่สามารถจะพัฒนาเพื่อนำไปสู่ความยั่งยืนได้ 30 ตัวชี้วัด เพื่อนำตัวแบบให้นักพัฒนาชุมชนและผู้ที่สนใจในการพัฒนาชุมชนของตนเองได้นำไปพิจารณาปรับใช้ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to analyze the contexts of the textile community that still possess local and cultural identity, presented the conceptual framework for textile community development, develop the innovative model of sustainable textile community development and applied the innovative model of sustainable textile community development to the textile community. The study used the case study of textile community in Mae Chaem district, Chiangmai province. The research methodology was a mixed methods research. The data collected by the survey, observation and in-depth interviews. The questionnaire has been reviewed by the relevant experts. The results of the study found that the satisfaction with the way of life and the respect and adherence to the teachings of Buddhism and living in harmony with the sufficiency economy were the basic contexts of livelihood and working of the people in the textile community of Mae Chaem district in Chiangmai province. This had an effected on the potential of self- efficiency, ability to save environment and sufficiency in the economy. The conceptual framework derived from the study found that the textile community in Mae Chaem district Chiangmai province had potential in self-supported of living peacefully and adequately amidst the changes in the current way of life. There were two components involved internal and external. Four uncontrollable external factors: 1) physical characteristics of the community 2) characteristics of the settlement 3) the environment of the area and 4) the economic conditions. There were four internal factors that can be controlled or changed include 1) social aspects related to culture and traditions, 2) attitudes/beliefs, 3) grouping integration and 4) the personal characteristics. The innovation conceptual model for sustainable textile community development was a guideline for measuring the characteristics of the textile community that can be developed to bring about sustainability included with 30 Indicators. The model can support the community developers and those interested in developing their own communities. |
