dc.description.abstract	ประเมินหลักสูตรเกษตรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต แขนงวิชาส่งเสริมการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช โดยศึกษาตามกรอบการประเมินของแบบจำลองซิป (CIPP Model) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสารและแบบประเมินหลักสูตร ซึ่งมีจำนวน 6 ฉบับ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย คณาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร คณะกรรมการผลิตและบริหารชุดวิชาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ร่วม คณะกรรมการสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ (ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก) มหาบัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชาของมหาบัณฑิต รวมทั้งสิ้น 124 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานในแต่ละข้อด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC+ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ การประเมินบริบทพบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับปัจจัยภายนอก มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีพัฒนาการทางด้านพุทธิพิสัย จิตพิสัยและทักษะพิสัย ใช้ภาษาที่ชัดเจนเข้าใจง่ายและสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้อยู่ในระดับมาก เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิตตลอดหลักสูตร หน่วยกิตหมวดวิชาเฉพาะ หน่วยกิตชุดวิชาวิทยานิพนธ์ และระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการอบรมเข้มเสริมประสบการณ์มหาบัณฑิต มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนหน่วยกิตชุดวิชาบังคับและหน่วยกิตชุดวิชาเลือกมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับเนื้อหาสาระของชุดวิชาในหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เป็นประโยชน์ต่อวงวิชาการและวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน มีความถูกต้องทันสมัยอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนวิธีการและเกณฑ์การประเมินผลการศึกษามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด การประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้นพบว่า ด้านอาจารย์มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด สำหรับด้านนักศึกษามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเช่นกัน และส่วนประกอบอื่นๆ ที่สนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน มีความเพียงพอ มีคุณภาพ และมีความสะดวกในการใช้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก การประเมินกระบวนการพบว่า กระบวนการบริหารและบริการหลักสูตร มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับกระบวนการเรียนการสอนมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอนมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก การประเมินผลผลิตพบว่า มหาบัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะทั่วไปตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้ ในวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับความสามารถประยุกต์ความรู้ไปใช้ในวิชาชีพ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To evaluate the Master of Agriculture Program in Agricultural Extension, Sukhothaithammathirat Open University by using CIPP Model. Document analysis and six curriculum evaluation questionnaires were conducted for data collection. The population were full faculty members, graduate course production and management committees, thesis co-advisors, thesis examination committees (outsiders), master's degree graduates and their work supervisors, comprising of 124. The statistics used for analyzing data included the percentage, mean, and standard deviation which were run by SPSS/PC+ program. Research findings showed as follows: Context evaluation showed that the objectives of the curriculum were most appropriate to outside factors, social and student needs. The students could develop cognitive, effective and psychomotor domains. The content of the objectives were easy for understanding and very applicable for work. The structure of curriculum such as specific courses thesis and total credits were most appropriateand the time of duration for Graduate Professional Experience Intensive Training was most appropriate too. The number of credits for core courses and electives were very appropriate. The course contents were most appropriate to the objectives of curriculum, the usefulness for academic and profession, while they were very appropriate to social and student needs and present situations. The method and criteria of evaluation were most appropriate. Input evaluation indicated that the teaching staff and students were most appropriate for teaching and learning process. Teaching and learning supports were very efficient, high quality, and convenient for the use of services. Process evaluation revealed that curriculum administration and services were very appropriate, while teaching and learning processes were most appropriate. A measurement and evaluation of teaching and learning were very appropriate. Product Evaluation concluded that the graduates' characteristics were very appropriate to the objectives of the curriculum. The capabilities for application of knowledge to professional work were most appropriate.	en
