| Abstract: | วิธีการจำแนกตัวบุคคล โดยใช้การเรียกขานตัวบุคคลด้วยคำนำนามและชื่อตัวของไทยได้มีใช้มานานแล้ว ส่วนชื่อสกุลได้กำเนิดขึ้นในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 6 นับตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2456 เป็นต้นมา ในปัจจุบัน การจำแนกตัวบุคคลเกี่ยวพันกับกฎหมายหลายฉบับ บางฉบับล้าสมัย เพราะได้มีมาเป็นเวลาร่วม 100 ปีแล้ว และบางฉบับก็ได้ก่อให้เกิดความสับสนไม่เหมาะสมกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ถึงปัญหาความหลากหลายของกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับเกี่ยวกับการจำแนกตัวบุคคลว่ามีอะไรบ้างที่ไม่เหมาะสมและเป็นปัญหา ผู้เขียนได้เสนอแนะถึงระบบการใช้คำนำนาม ชื่อตัว ชื่อรองและชื่อสกุลที่เป็นระบบมีหลักเกณฑ์ โดยเปรียบเทียบกับระบบที่ใช้ในต่างประเทศแล้วเสนอให้ประมวลผลหลักเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ที่เหมาะสมกับประเทศไทยเข้าไว้ในกฎหมายฉบับเดียวกัน |
| Other Abstract: | Person's identification by calling a person with pre-name identifying one's sexual status and first name has been for several years while lastname has been established since the reign of King Rama VI in 1917. Person's identification involves several laws and regulations. Some of them can be traced back to the last century but they are still applicable today, while some of them are quite confusing and not suitable to the social change. This thesis is aimed at an analysis of various laws and regulations in identifying a person. It also suggests the appropriate system of person's identification with the comparative study of foreign systems and proposes to put all suitable rules together in order to codify them in the single written form. |
