dc.description.abstract	ศึกษา สมรรถนะในตน การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ และความสำเร็จในชีวิต ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะในตน การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ และความสำเร็จในชีวิตของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 461 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความสำเร็จในชีวิต แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะในตน และแบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนจากองค์การ ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีค่าความเที่ยง (สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค) เท่ากับ .92, .93 และ .90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความสำเร็จในชีวิตของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 4.07 S.D. = .34) 2. สมรรถนะในตนของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 3.99 S.D. = .39) 3. การสนับสนุนจากองค์การของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X = 3.38 S.D. = .59) 4. สมรรถนะในตน การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในชีวิตของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .75 และ .28 ตามลำดับ)	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To determine self-efficacy, organizational support, and life success of head nurses general hospitals and to investigate the relationships between self-efficacy, organizational support, and life success of head nurses in general hospitals. The subjects consisted of 461 head nurses' selected through stratified sampling technique. The instruments included the questionnaires of life success, self-efficacy and organizational support of head nurses. The questionnaires were obtained content validity by panel of experts and had the Cronbach's alpha coefficients of .92, .93 and .90, respectively. Data were analysed by using percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficients. The major findings were as follows : 1. The head nurses' life success was at the high level (X = 4.07, S.D. = .34) 2. The head nurses' self-efficacy was at the high level (X = 3.99, S.D. = .39) 3. The head nurses' organizational support was at the middle level (X = 3.38, S.D. = .59) 4. Self-efficacy and organizational support were positive significantly related to head nurses' life success, at the 0.05 level (r = .75 and .28, respectively).	en
