| dc.description.abstract | ในปัจจุบันการบริหารจัดการการใช้ห้องของภาควิชาคณิตศาสตร์และวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องจัดทำเป็นเอกสารในการจอง-ใช้ห้องของภาควิชาฯ เพื่อจัดการห้องที่ใช้ในการเรียน การสอน รวมถึงการทำกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ซึ่งเป็นงานที่ใช้เวลาค่อนข้างมากและต้องจัดทำในทุก ๆ ภาคการศึกษา การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการพัฒนาเป็นระบบการจอง-ใช้ห้องผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ซึ่งจะมีการค้นหาข้อมูลการใช้ห้องจากคำสำคัญ (Keyword) เช่น วันที่ หมายเลขห้อง ชื่อผู้จอง และชื่อกิจกรรม โดยแสดงผลข้อมูลในรูปแบบของตารางเรียนและตารางการใช้ห้องสำหรับกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ และการจัดทำเอกสารการใช้ห้อง ดังนั้นระบบการจอง-ใช้ห้องออนไลน์จะช่วยลดเวลาในการจัดการห้องของเจ้าหน้าที่และอำนวยความสะดวกในการจอง-ใช้ห้องสำหรับบุคลากรของภาควิชาฯ โครงงานนี้พัฒนาระบบเว็บด้วยรีแอค (React) โหนดเจเอส (Node.js) และนำมายเอสคิวแอล (MySQL) มาใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูล ผลการทดสอบระบบพบว่าเจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากคของภาควิชาฯ มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบเว็บที่พัฒนาขึ้น ผู้พัฒนาคาดหวังว่าระบบการจองและจัดการห้องสำหรับภาควิชาคณิตศาสตร์และวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์นี้จะเกิดประโยชน์แก่เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรของภาควิชาฯ สามารถพัฒนาคุณภาพการจองและจัดการห้องสำหรับภาควิชาฯ ต่อไป | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Nowadays, the room management system of Department of Mathematics and Computer Science which is used for reserving rooms for classes and activities, is a hand-operated system using paper-based documents. This system is not effective since it takes much time to process. Furthermore, this system needs to be used in every semester, so a technology-based management system is very much needed. The idea of this technology-based system is to search for rooms via search keyword such as date, room number, reserver’s name, or activity name. Then, the system will show all the search results as a time schedule which contains timetable and other activities schedule. Thus, this system will help reducing the problems of slow processing time, and provide convenience to department staffs. This system is built with React, Node.js and using MySQL for database operation. The testing results indicated that department staffs like this new system. The developers looking forward to seeing that Room Reservation and Management System for Department of Mathematics and Computer Science would benefit the department staffs and improve the ease of use of the system. | en_US |
