dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาภาวะซึมเศร้าและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้าราชการหลังเกษียณอายุในกองทัพเรือ ได้แก่ เพศ จำนวนอายุหลังเกษียณ (ช่วงอายุ60 - 65 ปี) สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา, อาชีพและรายได้ ศาสนา ประวัติโรคประจำตัวเดิมและอุบัติเหตุทางสมอง ประวัติโรคจิตเวช ประวัติโรคทางจิตเวชในครอบครัว การใช้สุรายาเสพติดการใช้ฮอร์โมนบำบัด การใช้อาหารเสริม การออกกำลังกาย การผ่าตัด การใช้ยาจิตเวชในปัจจุบันเหตุการณ์ความเครียดในชีวิต การพึ่งธรรมะ การเกื้อหนุนทางสังคม ลูกหลานใส่ใจ สังคมสร้างสรรค์ จำนวนทั้งหมด 200 รูป ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยทางชีวจิตสังคม แบบวัดเหตุการณ์ความเครียดในชีวิต แบบวัดภาวะซึมเศร้า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Unpaired t - test ANOVA (F-test) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Scheffe ผลการวิจัยพบว่าข้าราชการหลังเกษียณอายุในลักษณะปัญหาภาวะซึมเศร้า จำนวน 9 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.5 โดยพบกลุ่มอาการรู้สึกอ่อนเพลีย เบื่อหน่าย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57 รองลงมา คือรู้สึกเบื่อ ไม่อยากพูดคุย ร้อยละ 56 และรู้สึกเบื่ออาหาร ร้อยละ 52 นอนไม่หลับ ร้อยละ 52คิดมากกังวล ร้อยละ 48 ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าของข้าราชการหลังเกษียณอายุ คือ อาชีพผู้เลี้ยงดูออกค่าใช้จ่าย ระดับการศึกษา ภาวะหนี้สิน แอลกอฮอล์ กรดโฟลิค แป๊ะก๊วย แคลเซียมยาคลายกังวล โรคปวดเมื่อยตามตัว โรคเบาหวาน โรคเส้นเลือดสมอง ประวัติทางจิตเวช เมื่อจำแนกเหตุการณ์ความเครียดในชีวิตช่วง 1 ปีที่ผ่านมาพบว่าด้านที่มีความเครียดของข้าราชการหลังเกษียณอายุระดับปานกลาง คือ ด้านสุขภาพ เศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม ด้านที่มีความเครียดของข้าราชการหลังเกษียณอายุระดับต่ำ คือครอบครัว การงาน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study was to depression and factors related of retired navy officers at somdejprapinkloa hospital. The sample obtained through Multi - stage Cluster Sampling technique, was composed of 200 Retired navy officers. The instruments were demographic data questionnaire and Health Report (HRSR) Scale: The Diagnostic Screening Test for Depression in Thai Population, Event of life in one year. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, Unpaired t-test, ANOVA (F-test) and statistic of scheffe were applied to analyze the data. It was found that the prevalence of depression problems of retired navy officers was 4.5 percent. The prevalence of depression was highest fatigue 57 percents followed by no speak 56 percent, not feel food 52 percent, not sleep 52 percents, anxiety 48 percents. Factors related of occupation, family income, educational, not money, alcohol, folic, pakual, calcium, drug anxiety, weakness, diabetic convascular brain, psychotic history were significantly related to depression problem in retired navy officers at 0.05 level of confidence, Event of Life in one year for stress of retired navy officers median level health, income money, social and stress of retired navy officers low level family, work.-
