| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการใช้งานไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ต่อระบบข้อมูลข่าวสารสาธารณสุข ของเจ้าหน้าที่สถานีอนามัย ในจังหวัดลพบุรี ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือเจ้าหน้าที่สถานีอนามัยทั้งหมดในจังหวัดลพบุรี 128 สถานีอนามัย จำนวน 324 คน วิธีการวิจัยเป็นแบบการสำรวจเชิงพรรณนา ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นข้อมูลที่ได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยได้รับคืนแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์สามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์ได้ จำนวน 277 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.5 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่สถานีอนามัย มีความรู้เรื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ (Hardware & DOS) ขั้นพื้นฐาน และระบบข้อมูลข่าวสารสาธารณสุข อยู่ในระดับต่ำ ร้อยละ 62.4 คะแนนเฉลี่ย 15.23 จากคะแนนเต็ม 30 คะแนน มีทัศนคติต่อการนำไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ มาใช้ในระบบข้อข้อมูลข่าวสารสาธารณสุขระดับสถานีอนามัย อยู่ในระดับที่ดี โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.95 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5 คะแนน มีการใช้งานไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ร้อยละ 24.9 ใช้ประจำร้อยละ 10.2 ลักษณะงานที่ใช้ คือ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การจัดพิมพ์รายงาน การนำเสนอข้อมูล และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.0, 69.6, 27.5 และ 17.4 ตามลำดับ มีความรู้ในการดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ร้อยละ 27.1 ผลจากการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่างลักษณะตัวแปร กับความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการใช้งานไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์พบว่า มีตัวแปรที่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ ความรู้ กับวุฒิการศึกษาในปัจจุบัน (P = 0.006) ความรู้ กับ การผ่านการอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ (P = 0.001) การใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ กับ เพศ (P=0.014) ผลการวิจัยโดยสรุปพบว่า ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ และการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ ของเจ้าหน้าที่สถานีอนามัย ควรได้รับการพัฒนาและสนับสนุนให้ดีขึ้น | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this study is to investigate the knowledge, attitude and use of microcomputer towards health information system among health Center workers of Lopburi Province. The questionnaires were mailed to 126 health center 324 subjects. The return rate of the questionnaires was 85.5%. The finding indicated that health center workers had a low basic knowledge in microcomputer towards health information system 62.4%. Mean was 15.23 out of 30.Most of the health center workers had positive attitude towards the use of microcomputer for health information system. Mean was 3.95 out of 5. In practice, the health center workers used microcomputer 24 %. The use of microcomputer in daily routine work was 10.2%. Micro computer was used for collecting data, typing report, presenting data and analyzing data. (71.0 %, 69.6 %, 27.5 % and 17.4 % respectively). There are statistically significant differences between the knowledge and education (p=0.006), the knowledge and computer training (p=0.001), the use of microcomputer and sex (p=0.014). This study concluded that the knowledge and use of microcomputer should be improved among health center porker. | - |
