| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ ปัญหาและความต้องการด้านการศึกษานอกระบบของประชาชน ในเขตทุ่งกุลาร้องไห้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชาชนจาก 6 หมู่บ้าน จำนวน 279 คน และผู้นำท้องถิ่นจาก 6 หมู่บ้านเดียวกัน จำนวน 46 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์หรือตอบแบบสอบถาม เสนอข้อมูลเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าทดสอบที่ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า 1. สิ่งที่เป็นปัญหาของประชาชนเป็นส่วนรวมคือ การไม่มีศูนย์เด็กปฐมวัย การไม่มีสนามเด็กเล่นในหมู่บ้าน และการไม่มีหน่วยงานใดเปิดอบรมวิชาชีพให้ 2. ความต้องการด้านการศึกษานอกระบบ 2.1 ความรู้สายสามัญ โดยส่วนรวมประชาชนต้องการการศึกษา ผู้ใหญ่ ระดับ 3 และระดับ 4 มากกว่าระดับอื่น เพศหญิงต้องการการศึกษาระดับ 4 มากกว่าเพศชาย 2.2 ความรู้สายอาชีพ 2.2.1 ความรู้ด้านการเพาะปลูก โดยส่วนรวมประชาชนต้องการ ความรู้ในการป้องกันและกำจัดศัตรูพืช การอนุรักษ์ดิน การอนุรักษ์น้ำ การปลูกผักสวนครัว การรู้จักคัดเลือกพันธุ์พืช การทำปุ๋ยหมัก และการเพาะเห็ดฟาง 2.2.2 ความรู้ด้านการเลี้ยงสัตว์ ประชาชนต้องการความรู้มากในการ ที่จะเลี้ยงโค กระบือ เลี้ยงเป็ด, ไก่ และเลี้ยงสุกร ให้เป็นอาชีพ 2.2.3 ความรู้ด้านการประมง ประชาชนไม่ต้องการมาก เพราะมีปัญหาเรื่องแหล่งน้ำ 2.2.4 ความรู้ด้านการอุตสาหกรรมในครัวเรือน เพศหญิงสนใจ ความรู้ในการทอผ้า การทอเสื่อ มากกว่าเพศชาย เพศชายสนใจความรู้ในการจักสานมาก กว่าเพศหญิง 2.2.5 ความรู้ด้านการค้าขาย โดยส่วนรวมประชาชนต้องการความรู้ เกี่ยวกับการหาตลาดเพื่อจำหน่ายผลผลิต มากที่สุด นอกจากนี้ยังสนใจความรู้เกี่ยวกับ แหล่ง เงินทุน ทุนหมุนเวียน และการสหกรณ์ 2.2.6 ความรู้ด้านแรงงานและวิชาชีพทางช่าง โดยส่วนรวมประชาชน ต้องการความรู้เกี่ยวกับแหล่งงานต่างๆมากว่าเรื่องอื่น ส่วนวิชาชีพทางช่างนั้นเพศชายต้องการความรู้ทางช่างก่อสร้าง ช่างซ่อมรถยนต์/เครื่องยนต์ ช่างไฟฟ้า/วิทยุ มากกว่าเพศหญิง และเพศหญิงต้องการความรู้ทางช่างตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้า ช่างเสริมสวย/ตัดผม มากกว่าเพศชาย 3. ความรู้เพิ่มพูนเพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำรงชีวิต โดยส่วนรวมประชาชนต้องการความรู้ด้านสุขภาพอนามัย มากที่สุด นอกจาก นี้ผู้ำท้องถิ่นต้องการให้ประชาชนได้ความรู้ในการวางแผนครอบครัว สิทธิหน้าที่พลเมือง และ ทางศิลปวัฒนธรรม มากกว่าที่ประชาชนต้องการเอง | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study and compare opinions concerning proplems of and Needs for Non-Formal Education of people residing in Tung Kula Ronghai area. Samples are 279 local residences drawn from 6 randomed villages and 46 local leaders from the same villages. Data collected by indivudually interviewing and or answering the constructed questionaire. The presentation of the mentioned data are in forms of Mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. Major findings are as follows: 1. The problems in the persuit of Non-Formal Education of people in Tung Kula Ronghai area are: Lacking of Child Care Center, Lacking of Playgrounds and Lacking of agencies to offer Non-Formal Education programs. 2. Needs for Non-Formal Education 2.1 Needs for Adult General Education. As a whole, the people needs Adult General Education levels 3 and 4 more than other levels. Female population needs level 4 more than the male does. 2.2 Needs for Vocational Education 2.2.1 Crop information. Knowledges of this field that the people need respectively are: How to prevent insects and Uses of insecticides efficiently, Land preservation, Water preservation, Growing the kitchenside vegetables, How to select good seeds, How to make and use organic fertillizer, and Mushroom growing. 2.2.2 Livestock raising information. The whole people need much of the information on How to raise cattes, or pigs or poultries professionally. 2.2.3 Fishery information is not much interested by the people due to the lacking of water sources. 2.2.4 Home Industry information. Female population are interested in the knowledges of cloth and mat weaving more than Male while the latter are interested in the knowledge of making basketry than the former. 2.2.5 Commercial information. Among the knowledges on commercial information, the people needs 'How to find the right market for their products' the most. other interested knowledges are: Investment, Money Loanable Fims, and co-operatives. 2.2.6 Information of Labour Act and some Specific Job Skills. Most people need to obtain the information on Labour Market. Other findings are: Male population demands the trainings of Construction, Engine or cars repair, Radio or electricity repair, more than the Female while the latter demands the knowledges of Dress making and of Beauty/ Barbering more than the former. 2.3 Needs for Enrichment Knowledge The whole population are very interested in Health Education. Local leaders are interested in the knowledges of Family Planning, Human Rights, Art and Cultural for villagers more than the villagers themselves. | - |
