| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการจัดและปัญหาในการจัดงานวิชาการภายในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดน่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดงานวิชาการที่โรงเรียนดำเนินการมีดังนี้ 1.ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตร ไปใช้ โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีเอกสารหลักสูตรโดยหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดแจกให้ มีการประชาสัมพันธ์การใช้หลักสูตร โดยการประชุมชี้แจง ส่วนการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้นั้นยึดหลักสูตรเป็นหลัก แต่ยืดหยุ่นตามสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของท้องถิ่น 2. ด้านการเรียนการสอน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ ผู้บริหารจัดครูเข้าสอนตามความรู้ ความสามารถ ความสนใจและประสบการณ์ และคณะครูทุกคนร่วมกันจัดตารางสอน โดยกำหนดคาบเวลา เรียนให้ยืดหยุ่นได้ มีการเตรียมการสอนและจัดสอนซ่อมเสริม 3. ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีการสำรวจความต้องการจัดสื่อ แล้วซื้อโดยใช้เงินงบประมาณ และยืมจากศูนย์วิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน จัดให้มีศูนย์/ห้องบริการสื่อ 4. ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีการสร้างเครื่องมือวัดและประเมินผลโดยจัดทำในระดับกลุ่มโรงเรียน มีการนำผลการวัดและประเมินไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงการเรียน การ สอน 5. ด้านห้องสมุด โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่จัดห้องสมุดเป็นเอกเทศ โดยใช้ห้องหนึ่งห้องใดของอาคารเรียน จัด หนังสือแยกตามกลุ่มประสบการณ์ของหลักสูตร ตลอดจนมีครูที่ทำหน้าที่บรรณารักษ์ รับผิดชอบในการดูแล รักษา และให้บริการ 6. งานนิเทศการศึกษา โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีการเตรียมการนิเทศโดยผู้บริหารประชุมครู ให้เห็นความสำคัญและยอมรับการนิเทศ กิจกรรมการนิเทศที่ใช้ได้แก่ การเยี่ยมชั้นเรียนและการสังเกตการณ์สอน 7. ด้านการวางแผนและกำหนดวิธีดำเนินงาน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีการวางแผนโดยครูอาจารย์มีส่วนร่วม 8. ด้านการส่งเสริมการสอน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมหลักสูตรและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนการ สอน โดยให้คณะครูมีส่วนรับผิดชอบร่วมกัน 9. ด้านการประชุมอบรมทางวิชาการ โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีการ สำรวจความต้องการของครูโดยการประชุมสอบถาม แล้วจัดประชุมอบรมร่วมกับกลุ่มโรงเรียน มีการติดตามประเมินผลภายหลังการประชุมอบรม ปัญหาในการจัดงานวิชาการในแต่ละด้านที่โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่มี ได้แก่ 1. งบประมาณในการจัดหลัก สูตรมีไม่เพียงพอ 2. การขาดแคลนครูในกลุ่มประสบการณ์พิเศษ 3. งบประมาณในการจัดสื่อการเรียนการ สอนมีจำนวนจำกัด 4. ไม่มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อทดสอบ 5. งบประมาณมีจำกัดไม่เพียงพอในการจัดซื้อหนังสือ 6. ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์ในการนิเทศ 7. ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความ สามารถในการวางแผน 8. ขาดงบประมาณในการดำเนินงานจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการสอน 9. ขาดงบ ประมาณในการจัดประชุมอบรม |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the organization and problems of academic tasks in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of Nan Provincial Priary Education. It was found that the organization of academic tasks were as follows: 1) Concerning curriculum construcion and Implementation, most schools possed curriculum documents provided by he Office National Primary Education Commission. Public relation wet made to community by holding meetings. With regard to curriculum implementation most schools adheared to the national curriculum but modification to sut local situation and needs was accordingly applied. 2) In terms of instruction, Teachers were assigned to teach according to their competence interests and experiences. Instructional schedules with reasonable flexibility were planning by teachers. 3) In terms of instructional media, most schools surveyed the eeds before purchasing teaching aids by using government budget or borrowing from school-cluster resource center. Instructional media were kept in room or corner. 4) Concerning measurement and evaluation, instruments were onstructed by school-cluster staffs. Evaluation outcome was used to impove instructional standards. 5) With regard to school libraries, a sepaate room was provide as a library. Books were classified according to curriculum experience area’s and a reacher librarian was assigned to be responsible for the library. 6) As for supervision, most school prepared upervisory plans by holding a meetings. Educational supervision activities mostly conducted were classroom visits and observation of instructional activities. 7) Concerning planning and organization, most schools conductd planning and participated by teachers. 8) In terms of instructional Promotion, most schools organized supporting activities by teacher participation with a view to develop desirable instructional standards. 9) With regard to an-service education, most schools surveyed teachers’ needs, by holding meetings and cooperating with school clusters. Follow up and evaluation was conducted after holding in-service training. Problems, mostly found were 1) Insufficient budget for arranging curriculum. 2) Indequate teachers teaching special experience area. 3) Indequate budget for instructional media. 4) Lack of test analysis. 5) Insufficient budget for purchasing books. 6) Insufficient supervision staffs. 7) Lake of experience personal in planning. 8) Insufficient budget for supporting activities. 9) Insufficient budget for holding a meetings and training professional skills. |
