| Abstract: | การศึกษาแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังการศึกษาเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 20 คน ได้จากการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตาม เกณฑ์จากผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน อำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย และ แบบวัดสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว โดยเครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุด ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบ ความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช จำนวน3 คน ได้ วิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย และ แบบ วัดสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัด ทั้ง 2 ฉบับเท่ากับ .81 และ 74 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที่ (Paired t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ คุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัวสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this one group pretest – posttest design study was to compare quality of life of schizophrenic patients before and after received family counseling program. The samples of 20 schizophrenic patients were recruited according to the inclusion criteria from schizophrenic patients living in community, Amphawa districe, Samutsongkhram province. The instruments consisted of family counseling program, WHOQOL - BREF – THAI and Family Relationship Scale. These instruments were tested for content validity by three experts. The reliability of WHOQOL - BREF -THAI and Family Relationship Scale were reported by Cronbach's alpha coefficient as of .81 and.74, respectively. The study data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and paired t-tests. Major findings were as follows: Quality of life of schizophrenic patients who received the family counseling program was significantly higher after the experiment than that before at the p.05 level. |
