| Abstract: | การศึกษาแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการปรับตัวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทและครอบครัว จำนวน 20 ครอบครัว ได้จากการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ในพื้นที่อำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัว แบบสัมภาษณ์การปรับตัวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท และ แบบวัดการปฎิบัติหน้าที่ของครอบครัว โดยเครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุด ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเภท จำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้วิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดสัมภาษณ์การปรับตัวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท และ แบบวัดการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของครอบครัว โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดทั้ง 2 ฉบับเท่ากับ .89 และ.86 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที (Paired t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ คะแนนเฉลี่ยการปรับตัวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษาครอบครัวมากกว่าก่อนเข้ารับโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 10.893,p<.05) |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this one group pretest – posttest study design was to compare adaptation of schizophrenic patients before and after receiving family counseling program. The samples of 20 schizophrenic patients, were recruited according to the inclusion criteria and living in community, Amphawa district, Samutsongkhram province. The instruments consisted of family counseling program, The Adaptation Inventory and Chulalongkorn Family Inventory. These instruments were tested for content validity by three experts. The reliability of The Adaptation Inventory and Chulalongkorn family Inventory were reported by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient as of .89 and .86, respectively. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and paired t-tests. The major finding was as follows: The mean sore of daptation of schizophrenic patients who received the family counseling program was significantly greater than that before.(t = 10.893, p< .05) |
