| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดตั้งศูนย์วิทยบริการพระพุทธศาสนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1. ในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของศูนย์วิทยบริการพระพุทธศาสนา โดยส่วนรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรมีความคิดเห็นเหมือนกันว่าวัตถุประสงค์ที่มีความสำคัญอันดับ 1 คือเป็นแหล่งเก็บรวบรวมความรู้เกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนาสำคัญอันดับ 2 คือเป็นที่รวบรวมสื่อโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนาและสำคัญอันดับ 3 คือเป็นหน่วยงานค้นคว้าวิจัยเกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนา 2. ในด้านหน้าที่และบทบาทของศูนย์วิทยบริการพระพุทธศาสนา โดยส่วนรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรมีความคิดเห็นเหมือนกันว่าหน้าที่และบทบาทที่มีความสำคัญอันดับ 1 คือเป็นศูนย์รวมแหล่งความรู้และโสตทัศนูปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนา สำคัญอันดับ 2 คือเป็นแหล่งให้บริการข้อมูลความรู้เกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนา และสำคัญอันดับ 3 คือ เป็นแหล่งค้นคว้าข้อมูลทางพระพุทธศาสนาทั้งภาคทฤษฎี ภาคปฏิบัติและลุล่วงผลปฏิบัติจากสื่อต่าง ๆ 3. ในด้านการให้บริการการของศูนย์วิทยบริการพระพุทธศาสนา โดยส่วนรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร มีความคิดเห็นเหมือนกันว่าการให้บริการที่มีความสำคัญอันดับ 1 คือการให้บริการด้าน เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์สถานที่สำหรับการดู การฟังและการอ่านเกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนา โดยใช้บริการหูฟัง ได้ตลอดเวลาที่เปิดทำการ เช่น เทป วิดีโอ สำคัญอันดับ 2 คือการให้บริการยืมหนังสือ เอกสาร และสื่อเกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนา และโดยส่วนรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรมีความคิดเห็นเหมือนกันว่า การให้บริการการผลิตที่มีความสำคัญอันดับ 1 คือ การผลิตโสตทัศนวัสดุ เพื่อการเรียนการสอนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ส่วนในอันดับ 2 และ 3 โดยส่วนรวมมีความคิดเห็นว่า ควรเป็นการจัดรายการบรรยายธรรมะทางวิทยุโทรทัศน์ และบันทึกเสียง ตัดต่อเทปโทรทัศน์และถ่ายสำเนาเพื่อการสอนตามลำดับ 4. ในด้านบุคคลที่จะทำหน้าที่ต่าง ๆ ของศูนย์วิทยบริการพระพุทธศาสนา โดยส่วนรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรมีความคิดเห็นว่าบุคคลที่ควรเป็นหัวหน้าศูนย์ฯ เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่ ฝ่ายผลิต เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการ เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายธุรการ โดยให้ความสำคัญเป็นอันดับ 1 คือ ฆราวาส (ไม่จำกัดเพศ) ที่ศึกษาทั้งทางด้านพระพุทธศาสนา และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาและหรือบรรณารักษ์ส่วนอันดับ 2 คือ ฆราวาส (ชาย) ที่ศึกษาทั้งทางด้านพระพุทธศาสนา และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาและหรือบรรณารักษ์ |
| Other Abstract: | This research was aimed to study the opinions of the establishment of Buddhism Learning Resource Center. The research findings were as follows: 1. Regarding the purpose of Buddhism Learning Resource Center, samples of population opinion gave priority to a center for knowledge about Buddhism. The second most important feature was to have Audio Visual Materials about Buddhism. The third most important feature was to have a unit for Buddhism Research. 2. Regarding the function and role of this learning Resource Center, samples of population opinion gave priority to have a center for knowledge and Audio Visual Materials about Buddhism. The second most important was to provide a Buddhism database service. The third most important was to provide information for studying Buddhism including teaching, practicing, and the result of practicing. 3. Regarding the service of Buddhism Learning Resource center, samples of population opinion gave priority to the service of materials, equipment and venue for audio visual presentation and library in both literature and audio visual from tape, video. The Second most important was the service of borrowing books, documents and media about Buddhism. Samples of population opinion was unanimous in giving priority to the production of Audio Visual Materials for Buddhist instruction. The second and third most important services were respectively to produce Radio Television Dhamma programs and to record and copy teaching materials. 4. Regarding the personnel of Buddhism Learning Resource Center, samples of population opinion gave priority to the employment of lay-people irrespective of sex who had studied Buddhism and Educational Technology or librarianship were appropriate to be chiefs, executive officers, production officers, service officers, executive administrative officers, the second priority was given to laymen (male) who studied Buddhism and Technology Educational or librarianship. |
