dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาชีววิทยาการสืบพันธุ์ของปลาทู (Rastrelliger brachysoma) และปลาลัง (Rastrelliger kanagurta) บริเวณอ่าวบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในเดือนกรกฎาคม, กันยายน, ธันวาคม 2562 และมีนาคม 2563 ตัวอย่างปลาทูและปลาลังที่นำมาศึกษาถูกเก็บจากเรือประมงพาณิชย์และเรือประมงพื้นบ้าน ที่มีพื้นที่ทำการประมงบริเวณอ่าวบางสะพาน และใช้เครื่องมือประมงประเภทอ้วนล้อมจับและอวนลอยปลาทู จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความยาวตลอดลำตัว น้ำหนักตัว และน้ำหนักเซลล์สืบพันธุ์ พบว่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความยาวตลอดลำตัวกับน้ำหนักตัวของปลาทูทั้งสองเพศเท่ากับ W = 0.0082L³.¹¹⁸⁰ เพศผู้เท่ากับ W = 0.0087L³.⁰⁹⁹¹ และเพศเมียเท่ากับ W = 0.0068L³. ¹⁸³⁰ ส่วนปลาลังรวมทั้งสองเพศเท่ากับ W = 0.0048L³.³¹⁰⁸ เพศผู้เท่ากับ W = 0.0037L³.³⁹⁹⁶ และเพศเมียเท่ากับ W = 0.0069L³. ¹⁸³ อัตราส่วนเพศระหว่างเพศผู้ต่อเพศเมียของปลาทูเท่ากับ 1 : 0.86 ปลาลังเท่ากับ 1 : 0.60 ปลาทูและปลาลังมีค่าดัชนีความสมบูรณ์เพศสูงในเดือนกรกฎาคม และเดือนมีนาคม แสดงว่าปลาทูและปลาลังมีช่วงการสืบพันธุ์วางไข่สูงในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับมาตรการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำมีไข่ วางไข่ เลี้ยงตัวอ่อน ทะเลอ่าวไทยตอนกลางตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ – 15 พฤษภาคม ของกรมประมง	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	Study on reproductive biology of Short mackerel (Rastrelliger brachysoma) and Indian mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta) in Bangsaphan bay, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was conducted in July, September, December 2019, and March 2020. Samples were collected from commercial and small-scaled fisheries which operated by purse sein or gill nets in Bangsaphan bay fishing ground, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The results of length-weight relationship of R. brachysoma were W = 0.0082L³.¹¹⁸⁰, W = 0.0087L³.⁰⁹⁹¹, W = 0.0068L³. ¹⁸³⁰ for total, only male and only female, samples respectively. For R. kanagurta, they were W = 0.0048L³.³¹⁰⁸ for total samples, W = 0.0037L³.³⁹⁹⁶ for male samples and W = 0.0069L³. ¹⁸³ for female samples. Sex ratio between male and female of R. brachysoma was 1:0.86 and 1:0.60 in R. kanagurta. The results on maturity stages and Gonadosomatic Index (GSI) of R. brachysoma and R. kanagurta indicated that the spawning period were peak in July and March, accordance with the implementation of management measure for fishery resources during spawning and larval raising season in the Gulf of Thailand between 15 February and 15 May of Department of Fisheries.	en_US
