| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งและศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิด ของ Wingate และ Lackey (1989) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง จำนวน 130 คน จากโรงพยาบาล ตติยภูมิขนาดใหญ่ 3 แห่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความเหนื่อยล้า แบบสอบถามภาระการดูแล และแบบสอบถามความต้องการของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัว ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิหาความเที่ยง ได้ค่า สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอบบาคเท่ากับ .96, .81 และ .90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/FW version 13 โดยการ หาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน หาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์และสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความ ต้องการของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X(ค่าเฉลี่ย) = 3.07, SD = 0.52) 2. อายุที่ความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ ความต้องการโดยรวมของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งในระดับต่ำ (r = .23, P < .05) 3. ความเหนี่อยล้ามี ความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับความต้องโดยรวมของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งในระดับปานกลาง (r = .61, P < .05) 4. ภาระการดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับความต้องการโดยรวมของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งในระดับปานกลาง (r = .58, P < .05) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the needs of family caregivers of cancer patients and related factors. Wingate's and Lackey's (1989) framework guided this study. The sample consisted of 130 family caregivers of cancer patients selected by simple random sampling from OPD of three super tertiary care hospital. Fatigue Scale, The Caregiving Burden Scale and Need of Family Cavegivers Scale. All instruments were tested for content validity and reliability cronbach’s alpha coefficients for the scales were .96 .81, and .90, respectively. The data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 13 for mean, Standard deviation, Chi-square correlation, and Pearson’s product moment correlations. Major findings were as follows: 1. The needs of family caregivers of cancer patients were at a moderate level (-X = 3.07, SD 0.52). 2. Age was significantly positive related to needs of family caregivers of cancer patients, at a low level (r = .23; P < .05). 3. Fatigue was significantly positive related to needs of family caregivers of cancer patients, at a moderate level (r = .61; P < .05). 4. Caregiving burden was significantly positive related to needs of family caregivers of cancer patients, at a moderate level (r = .58; P < .05). |
