| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้สนามบาสเกตบอลที่มีต่อสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านกีฬาบาสเกตบอลในกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คนที่มาใช้สนามบาสเกตบอลในการดูแลของสำนักวัฒนธรรม กีฬา และการท่องเที่ยว-กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างน้อย 5 ครั้ง/เดือน ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 385 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ ผ่านระบบ Google Form เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยส่งลิงค์ทางเพจเฟสบุ๊คศูนย์กีฬาและศูนย์เยาวชน 8 เพจ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ พบว่าค่าที่ได้คือ 0.92 และค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามที่ได้คือ 0.93 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจโดยใช้วิธีหาค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยการสถิติการทดสอบค่า t โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.5 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบและใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันเพื่อหาค่า r และหาระดับความสัมพันธ์ของความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความคาดหวังด้านผลิตภัณฑ์หลัก ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ ด้านการบริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ มีความแตกต่างจากความพึงพอใจต่อสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านกีฬาบาสเกตบอลในกรุงเทพมหานครในทุกด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ส่วนความคาดหวังมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกกับความพึงพอใจต่อสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านกีฬาบาสเกตบอลในกรุงเทพมหานครโดยมีระดับความสัมพันธ์โดยรวมทั้ง 3 ด้านที่ค่อนข้างต่ำ โดยมีระดับความสัมพันธ์ปานกลาง 1 ด้าน คือ การบริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ และมีระดับความสัมพันธ์ค่อนข้างต่ำ 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์หลัก และ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ตามลำดับ สรุปผลการวิจัย ความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้สนามบาสเกตบอลที่มีต่อสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านกีฬาบาสเกตบอลในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกและมีระดับความสัมพันธ์โดยรวมที่ค่อนข้างต่ำและเปรียบเทียบโดยรวมและเปรียบเทียบรายด้านมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ทุกด้าน |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose The purpose of this research is to study the relationship and to compare the expectations and satisfaction of Bangkok basketball court users towards sport facilities provided at basketball courts in Bangkok. Methods The sample was 385 people who used basketball courts under the supervision of Culture, Sports and Tourism Department at least 5 times/month in Bangkok, using online questionnaires through Google Forms as a tool for data collection. The Google Form was sent as the links to 8 Facebook pages of sports centers and youth centers. The index of correspondence between the question and the objective. It was found that the obtained value was 0.92 and the reliability of the questionnaire obtained was 0.93. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean score. and standard deviation. Statistics for hypothesis testing expectation and satisfaction by means of t-test statistics with a level of statistical significance at 0.5 for comparison and using Pearson's correlation analysis to find r and find the correlation level of expectation and satisfaction. Results It was found that the expectations of the core product, other facilities and services of staff are different from the satisfaction of Bangkok basketball court users with a statistical significance of 0.05. Expectations were positively related to satisfaction of Bangkok basketball court users towards sport facilities provided at basketball courts in Bangkok. The overall correlation level of all 3 aspects was relatively low. There was a moderate level of relationship with 1 aspect, which was the service of the staff and relatively low correlation in 2 aspects, which are core products and other facilities, respectively. Conclusion The expectations and satisfaction of Bangkok basketball court users towards sport facilities provided at basketball courts in Bangkok are positively correlated and there was a relatively low level of overall correlation. Compared overall and side by side, there were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level for all aspects |
