| Abstract: | ศึกษาการดำเนินการและปัญหาการดำเนินการจัดโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศ จากสมาคมวิทยาศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทยฯ จำนวน 6 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาโครงงาน นักเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำโครงงาน ผู้ปกครองและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างและแบบศึกษาเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ด้านการเตรียมการจัดโครงงาน โรงเรียนมีการกำหนดนโยบาย กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และวางแผนโดยให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของกรมสามัญศึกษา โดยแปลงนโยบายมาสู่การปฏิบัติโดยการทำเป็นโครงการ เตรียมบุคลากรโดยพิจารณาตามความรู้ ความสามารถและความสนใจ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ใช้ห้องเรียน ห้องปฏิบัติการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ เตรียมสื่อ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ด้วยการจัดซื้อและขอความร่วมมือจากสถาบันในรูปของเอกสาร โครงงาน สื่อเทคโนโลยีในรูปของเครื่องฉายภาพนิ่ง วีดิทัศน์ และบทเรียนโปรแกรมช่วยสอน และสื่อในห้องทดลองเตรียมงบประมาณจากเงินงบประมาณ และเงินนอกงบประมาณ เช่น กองทุนโรงเรียนและเงินบริจาค มีการประชาสัมพันธ์โครงงานโดยใช้รูปแบบของเอกสาร วาจาและสื่อสารจากมวลชน มีการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยการใช้เอกสารทางราชการและทางวาจา ด้านปัญหาพบว่า โรงเรียนมีบุคลากรไม่เพียงพอกับการเรียนการสอนและการจัดทำโครงงาน ขาดห้องปฏิบัติการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ห้องจัดแสดงโครงงาน ไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานที่ติดต่อ และไม่สามารถใช้เวลาในการติดต่อได้อย่างสะดวก 2. ด้านการดำเนินการในการคิดและเลือกหัวข้อ ใช้วิธีการกระตุ้นด้วยสื่อชนิดต่างๆ การจัดเข้าค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์ สนทนากับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ให้นักเรียนเขียนโครงร่างโดยการสังเคราะห์จากแบบฟอร์มของสถาบันต่างๆ นักเรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติงานจริงและแก้ปัญหาโดยใช้วิธีทางวิทยาศาสตร์ นักเรียนเขียนรายงานโดยสังเคราะห์จากแบบฟอร์มของสถาบันต่างๆ แล้วนำผลสรุปเขียนรายงานให้สอดคล้องกับหัวข้อโครงงาน จุดประสงค์และสมมุติฐานมีการแสดงผลงานเป็น 2 ระดับคือ ระดับห้องเรียนและระดับการประกวดโครงงานการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน ผู้มีส่วนร่วมมี 4 กลุ่ม คือผู้บริหารโรงเรียน อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาโครงงาน ผู้ปกครองและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ หัวข้อไม่แปลกใหม่ สร้างสรรค์ ขาดสื่อ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ในการทดลอง และนักเรียนขาดความเชื่อมั่นในการแสดงผลงาน 3. ด้านการประเมินผล แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะคือประเมินผลโครงงาน เพื่อตัดสินผลการเรียนโดยมีเกณฑ์ของโรงเรียนและประเมินผลเพื่อการประกวดในระดับต่างๆ โดยใช้เกณฑ์ของแต่ละสถาบัน ส่วนการประเมินผลการเตรียมดำเนินการ และการประเมินผลการดำเนินการโรงเรียนไม่มีการประเมินผล |
| Other Abstract: | Studying the state and problems of undergoing the science project in six secondary schools, in which winning science project award from the Science Society of Thailand. The methods used in collecting data were interview and documents analysis. Population were school administrators, project supervisors, project experienced students and their parents, including the experts. The semi-stuctured interview sheets and document analysis sheets were used in collecting data. The data were analyzed by using content analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. At the preparation stage: School's policies and objectives were set, plans were formulated according to General Education Department's policies, by which personnel were assigned according to their background and interests, classroom, laboratories, and materials and equipments were also prepared. Budgets were also allocated from various sources, public relations services were implemented through many types of medias. Problems reported were insufficient amount of qualified personnel, laboratories, and exhibition rooms, cooperation was another problem reported. 2. At the implementation stage: students were encouraged to formulate project theme through attending Science Camp, dicuss with experts, and other sources, project proposals were also prepared by students, then projects were implemented through student centered method. Projects exhibitions were organized both at classroom level and competition level where by school administrators, project advisor teachers, students parents, and experts were involve in the competition process. Problems reported were unoriginal and non-creativity on project theme, shortage of materials and equipments, and lack of confidence amony students on exhibition. 3. At the evaluation stage: Projects were evaluated empasized on product or output according to school criterias and competition criterias whare as the preparation stage and implementation stage were. |
