dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ความรู้ และทัศนคติของข้าราชการไทยเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ (กบข.) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 600 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการจัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย t-test การวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปร ปรวนทางเดียว ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ซึ่งประมวลผล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ข้าราชการมีการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข. อยู่ในระดับต่ำ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข. อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ลักษณะทางประชากรของข้าราชการไทยที่เป็นสมาชิก กบข. ได้แก่ เพศ และภาค มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข. ส่วนอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอายุราชการไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข. 3. การเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข.จากสื่อมวลชน และสื่อบุคคล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข. 4. การเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข.จากสื่อเฉพาะกิจ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข. 5. การเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข. ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติที่มีต่อการลงทุนของ กบข. 6. ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของ กบข. มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับทัศนคติที่มีต่อการลงทุนของ กบข.en
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to study the correlation among media exposure, knowledge and attitude of government officials toward the investment of Government Pension Fund (GPF). Questionnaires were used to collect the data from 600 samples. Frequency, Percentage, Mean, T-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Standard Deviation and Pearsonʼs Product Moment Correlation Coefficient were employed for the analysis of the data. SPSS for windows program was used for data processing. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Government officials were exposed to information about the investment of Government Pension Fund (GPF) at the low level. Their knowledge of the investment of GPF were at the moderate level while their attitudes toward the investment of GPF were neutral. 2. Sex and region of residence correlated with information exposure about the investment of GPF, but age, education and years of service did not correlate with information exposure about the investment of GPF. 3. Both mass and interpersonal media exposure did not correlate with knowledge of the investment of GPF. 4. Only exposure to specialized media about the investment of GPF positively correlated with knowledge of the investment of GPF. 5. Exposure to information about the investment of GPF did not correlate with attitude toward the investment of GPF. 6. Knowledge about the investment of GPF positively correlated with attitude toward the investment of GPF.en
