| Abstract: | From the stems of Diospyros glandulosa Lace, six triterpenoids: friedelin beta- amyrin, lupeol, betulin, ursolic acid and oleanolic acid have been isolated. Identification of these compounds was accomplished by analysis of their IR, MS, [superscript 1]H-NMR and [superscript 13]C-NMR data as well as comparison with reported values. |
