| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมการนำเสนอสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) การศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสารสนเทศจากโรงเรียน 3) ศึกษาและเลือกวิธีการนำเสนอข้อมูล 4) เขียนโปรแกรมและทดสอบโปรแกรมโดยใช้ผู้ทดสอบจำนวน 5 คน และ 5) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรม โดยใช้ผู้ทดลองและผู้ประเมินจำนวน 10 คน จาก 2 โรงเรียน โปรแกรมที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นเขียนโดยชุดคำสั่งของภาษา Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 และ Microsoft Access’97 ผลวิจัย ทำให้ได้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ที่ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูล 3 ส่วนคือ (1) ข้อมูลโรงเรียน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไปของโรงเรียน สถิติการใช้ห้องสมุด สถิติการใช้ห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ และสถิติการใช้ห้องพยาบาล (2) ข้อมูลครู ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนตัว และผลการประเมินครู และ (3) ข้อมูลนักเรียน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนตัว และผลการประเมินนักเรียน ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพโปรแกรม 1) การประเมินคู่มือการใช้โปรแกรม พบว่า คู่มืออธิบายขั้นตอน บอกวิธีใช้ มีตัวอย่างการป้อนข้อมูล และบอกวิธีการเข้า ออกจากโปรแกรมไว้อย่างชัดเจน ([Mean] = 4.42, S.D. = 0.44) 2) การประเมินการทำงานของโปรแกรม พบว่า โปรแกรมมีความไวในการใช้งาน มีข้อความเตือนการทำงานผิดพลาด สามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลได้หลายปีการศึกษา ติดตั้งง่าย ใช้งานได้ง่าย และสามารถป้องกันผู้ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าไปใช้งานได้ ([Mean] = 4.31, S.D. = 0.58) 3) การประเมินการรายงานผลของโปรแกรม พบว่า ผู้ประเมินมีความพอใจในเรื่องการนำเสนอข้อมูลและการรายงานผล โดยโปรแกรมสามารถนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่ดูง่าย ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน สามารถออกรายงานได้ตรงความต้องการ ([Mean] = 4.38, S.D. = 0.49) | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to develop, and evaluate the application software for data presentation of internal quality assurance in secondary schools. The methods for this research included 1) paper research 2) information collection from secondary schools 3) study and select the suitable method for data presentation 4) software development and tested by 5 users and 5) evaluate the effectiveness of program. This program had been tested and evaluated by 10 users from 2 secondary schools. Tools used for producing the application were Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, and Microsoft Access 97. The developed software comprised of 3 main parts: 1) Information about school, which were general information, library usage statistics, computer facilities usage statistics, and nurse room usage statistics. 2) Information about teachers, which were personal information and teacher evaluation 3) Information about students, which were personal information, and student evaluation. The results of program evaluation were: 1) The user manual stated clearly how to start and exit the program ([Mean] = 4.42, S.D. = 0.44) 2) The program had quick response time, contained error warning messages for help guide the users, the application's ability to store data of many academic years, easy to set up, easy to use, and the application could prevent unauthorized user from accessing the data. ([Mean] = 4.31, S.D. = 0.58) 3) Users were satisfied with data presentations and reports. The program generated complete and correct data, and presented it in an easy to understand formats.
