| Abstract: | ศึกษาการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 11 และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ ของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 11 กับตัวแปร 3 ด้านคือ ด้านสถานภาพ ของครู ด้านบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ศึกษาน ิเทศก์ ครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียนและเพื่อนร่วมงาน ในการแพร่กระจายเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ และตัวแปรด้านการรับรู้คุณลักษณะของคอมพิวเตอร์ รวมทั้งศึกษาตัวแปรที่ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวน ของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ของครูประถมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 11 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 11 จำนวน 370 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 11 มีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ในการหาความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างตัวแปรกับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ ของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทั้ง 5 ขั้น พบตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวน 67 ตัว 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นนวัตกรรมที่เรียนรู้การใช้งานได้ คอมพิวเตอร์เหมาะสมกับงานในหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ และคอมพิวเตอร์เหมาะสมที่จะใช้เป็นสื่อการสอนในรายวิชาที่รับผิดชอบ และพบตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวน 4 ตัว คือ อายุ 51-60 ปี โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ประสบการณ์การสอน 16 ปีขึ้นไป และวุฒิการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี 3. ในการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ (Enter Method) พบตัวแปรที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวน ของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ในขั้นการรับรู้ ขั้นการจูงใจ ขั้นการตัดสินใจ ขั้นการนำไปใช้ และขั้นการยืนยัน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวน 1, 3, 4, 2 และ 3 ตัว ตามลำดับ โดยตัวแปรทั้งหมดทุกตัวในแต่ละขั้นสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวน ของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้ง 5 ขั้น ได้เท่ากับ 58.77%, 72.02%, 61.11%, 61.01% และ 62.79% ตามลำดับ และพบตัวแปรที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวน ของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ 4 ขั้น คือ คอมพิวเตอร์เหมาะสมกับงานในหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ 4. ในการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้น (Stepwise Method) พบตัวแปรที่ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวน ของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ ในขั้นการรับรู้ ขั้นการจูงใจ ขั้นการตัดสินใจ ขั้นการนำไปใช้ และขั้นการยืนยันได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวน 9,8,6,6 และ 7 ตัว ตามลำดับ โดยตัวแปรที่พบในแต่ละขั้นสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายคามแปรปรวนของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เท่ากับ 46.57%, 63.78%, 45.76%, 48.91% และ 51.99% ตามลำดับ และพบตัวแปรที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ทั้ง 5 ขั้น คือ คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นนวัตกรรมที่เรียนรู้การใช้งานได้ และคอมพิวเตอร์เหมาะสมกับงานในหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ |
| Other Abstract: | To study the adoption of computer technology of elementary school teachers under the jurisdiction of the National Primary Education Commission, educational region 11; to study the relationships between the adoption of computer technology of elementary school teachers and three categories of selected variables: teacher socioeconomic characteristics, roles of administrators, supervisors, academic teachers of elementary school clusters, colleagues as change agents in diffusion of computer technology, and perception of computer technology characteristics; and to identify predictor variables in the adoption of computer technology. The samples were 370 elementary school teachers under the jurisdiction of the National Primary Education Commission, educational region 11. The findings revealed that : 1. The elementary school teachers under the jurisdiction of the National Primary Education Commission, educational region 11 adopted computer technology in moderate level. 2. There were statistically significant positive relationships at .01 level between the adoption of computer technology in five stages and 67 selected variables. The first three variables were : computer as learnable innovation, computer appropriate for work responsibilities and computer appropriate as instruction media. There were statistically significant negative relationship at .01 level between the adoption of computer technology in five stages and 4 selected variables were : 51 - 60 years of age, large-size school, over 16 years of teaching experiences, education level lower than bachelor degree. 3. In multiple regression analysis (Enter Method) at .01 level, in knowledge stage, persuasion stage, decision stage, implementation stage, and confirmation stage, there were 1, 3, 4, 2, 3 predictor variables together were able to account for 58.77%, 72.02%, 61.11%, 61.01% and 62.79% of the variance. The variables found in four stages were computer appropriate for work responsibilities. 4. In stepwise multiple regression analysis at .01 level, in knowledge stage, persuasion stage, decision stage, implementation stage, and confirmation stage, there were 9, 8, 6, 6, 7 predictor variables together were able to account for 46.57%, 63.78%, 45.76%, 48.91% and 51.99% of the variance. The variables found in five stages were computer as learnable innovation and computer appropriate for work responsibilities. |
