Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของการการนำผลการประเมินภายนอกไปใช้และการดำเนินงานด้านระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของการการนำผลการประเมินภายนอกไปใช้และการดำเนินงานด้านระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มศรีนครินทร์ จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 428 คน ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยตัวแปรแฝง 5 ตัวแปร คือ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ลักษณะทางจิตสังคมของผู้บริหารและครู องค์ประกอบด้านผู้ประเมินภายนอก การนำผลการประเมินภายนอกไปใช้ และการดำเนินการ งานด้านระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน ตัวแปรแฝงสังเกตได้ทั้งหมด 26 ตัวแปร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีความเที่ยงในการวัดตัวแปรแต่ละตัวตั้งแต่ .956-.958 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบ เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของการนำผลการประเมินภายนอกไปใช้และการดำเนินงานด้านระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครโดยภาพรวม ประกอบด้วย ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อการนำผลการประเมินภายนอกไปใช้ ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน องค์ประกอบด้านผู้ประเมินภายนอก และตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงต่อการดำเนินงานด้านระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ ลักษณะทางจิตสังคมของผู้บริหารและครู องค์ประกอบด้านผู้ประเมินภายนอก ตัวแปรที่ส่งผลทางอ้อมต่อการดำเนินงานด้านระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน มีค่าอิทธิพลเท่ากับ .55 2. โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของการนำผลการประเมินภายนอกไปใช้และการดำเนินงานด้านระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหารนคร มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องให้ค่า X[superscript 2] = 168.58 df = 167, p = .451, GFI = .971, AGFI = .938 และ RMR = .009 ตัวแปรในโมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการนำผลการประเมินภายนอกไปใช้ได้รัอยละ 74.10 การดำเนินงานด้านระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในได้ร้อยละ 73.60
Other Abstract:	The purposes of this research were 1) to develop of causal model of external evaluation result utilization and internal quality assurance system implementation of school in Bangkok metropolis and 2) to examine the model validity. The research sample consisted of 428 teacher people in Bangkok metropolis. Data consisted of 5 latent variables ; school environmental psychomotor, charactors of external evaluator, externl evaluation result and internal quality assurance system implementation of school. 26 observed variables. Were collected by questionnaires having reliability for each variables ranging from .956-.958. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's product moment correlation, one way ANOVA, multiple regressions analysis. Among these variables, environmental in school had the highest total effect. The research results were as follow: 1. The causal model of external evaluation result utilization and internal quality assurance system implementation of school in Bangkok metropolis, variables had direct effect on external evaluation result utilization: school environmental and charactors of external evaluators, variables had direct effect on internal quality assurance system implementation of school : psychomotor and charactors of external evaluators and variable had both indirect effects ; school environmental psychomotor, and charactors of external evaluators. Among these variables, school environmental had the highest total effect. 2. Development of a causal model of external evaluation result utilization and internal quality assurance system implementation of school in Bangkok metropolis was valid and fit to the empriical data. The model indicated that the Chi-square goodness of fit test was 168.58, df = 167, p = .451. GFI = .971, AGFI = .938, and RMR = .009 the model accounted for 74.10% of variance in 73.60%.
