| Abstract: | ศึกษาความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความสามารถในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุ สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้สูงอายุ กับความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และหาตัวแปรที่ร่วมพยากรณ์ความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ เขตเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 210 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความสามารถ ในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุ แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้สูงอายุ และแบบสอบถามความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุมีความเครียดในบทบาทโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุมีความเครียดในบทบาทในระดับต่ำทุกด้าน 2. อายุของผู้ดูแล ความสามารถในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุ และสัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้สูงอายุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = -.23, -.32 และ -.63 ตามลำดับ) 3. สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับผู้สูงอายุ ความสามารถในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุ และอายุของผู้ดูแล สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีประสิทธิภาพการพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 47.26 (R2 = .4726) ได้สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ Z = -0.566 RELAT - 0.223 ADLT - 0.21 AGE |
| Other Abstract: | To study the role stress of caregiver of the elderly, to invertigate relationships between personal factors, ability of elderly to perform daily living activities, elderly and elderly caregiver relationships and role stress of caregiver of the elderly and to explore the variables that predict the role stress of caregiver of the elderly. The subjects were 210 caregivers in Petchaburi Municipality, Petchaburi Province, selected by multi-stage random sampling technique. The instruments used in data collection were the questionnaires, personal factors of caregivers, ability of elderly to perform daily living activities, elderly and elderly caregiver relationships and role stress of caregiver of the elderly. Major findings were as follows: 1. Caregivers of the elderly had overall role stress at a low level. Detailed analysis showed that caregivers scored low in every aspect of role stress. 2. There were negative significant relationships between age of the caregivers, ability of elderly to perform daily living activities, elderly and elderly caregiver relationships and role stress of caregiver of the elderly at a level of .05 (r = -.23, r = -.32, r = -.63) 3. Elderly and elderly caregiver relationships, ability of elderly to perform daily living activities and age of the caregivers could predict role stress of caregiver of the elderly at .05 significant level. These predictors accounted for 47.26% (R2 = .4726) of the variance. The predicted equation in standard score form can be stated as follow : Z = -.0566 RELAT-0.223 ADLT-0.21 AGE. |
