| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล สภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์กับความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และหาปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานอย่างต่ำปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าปริญญาตรีทางการพยาบาล ปฏิบัติงานในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 286 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามข้อมูลสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และแบบประเมินความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาล ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X=2.59, S.D. =.86) 2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และการศึกษา/อบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. สภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ได้แก่ นโยบายและการบริหาร การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงาน สภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศในหน่วยงาน และผลตอบแทนมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาลได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีดังนี้ (1) การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากการอ่านหนังสือ ตำรา วารสารและสิ่งพิมพ์ต่าง ๆ (2) สภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศในหน่วยงาน (3) อายุ (4) ระดับการศึกษา (5) การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากสื่อต่าง ๆ เช่น วิทยุ โทรทัศน์ วีดีทัศน์ (6) การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากผู้ร่วมงาน (7) การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงาน (8) การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากการชมนิทรรศการ และ (9) การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากสื่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนการใช้โปรแกรมต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนคำแนะนำหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาลได้ร้อยละ 41.9 (R2 = .419) ได้สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของอาจารย์พยาบาล =.376 (การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากการอ่านหนังสือ ตำรา วารสารและสิ่งต่าง ๆ) +.287 (สภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศในหน่วยงาน)-.211 (ระดับการศึกษา) +.175 (การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากสื่อต่างๆ เช่น วิทยุ โทรทัศน์ วีดีทัศน์) -.173 (การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากผู้ร่วมงาน) +.198 (การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงาน) + .122 ((การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากการชมนิทรรศการ) + .107 (การศึกษาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองจากสื่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนการใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆ ตลอดจนคำแนะนำหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to examine the relationship between personal factors, environmental support in using computer and the ability of computer utilization of nursing instructors and to explore the variables that predicted the ability of computer utilization of nursing instructors. Subjects were 286 nursing instructors who worked in 14 nursing colleges under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health. Data were collected using 3 instruments: demographic data form, environmental support in using computer and ability of computer utilization of nursing instructors questionnaires. Data were analyzed by percent, mean, standard deviation, Contigency coefficient, Chi-square, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression at a significant level of .05. The major findings were as follows: 1. The ability of computer utilization of instruction of nursing instructors was at the moderate level (X=2.59, S.D.=.86) 2. The personal factors, in terms of age, educational level, working experience and self-study/training source were significantly correlated with the ability of computer utilization of nursing instructors at a level of .05 3. The environmental support in using computer in terms of policy and administration, support, organization climate and reward, were significantly correlated with ability of computer utilization for instruction of nursing instructors at a level of .05 4. Factors that significantly predicted the ability of computer utilization of nursing instructors in stepwise multiple regression analysis at the level of .05 were nine predictor variables and were able to account for 41.9% (R2=.419) of the variance. They were:(1) self-study about the computer from books or texts (2) organization climate (3) age (4) educational level (5) self-study about the computer from televisons, radios and videos (6) self-study about the computer from peer (7) support (8) self-study about the computer from exhibitions and (9) self-study about the computer from computer assisted instruction. The predicted equation in standard score form can be stated as follow: the ability of computer utilization of nursing instructors = .376 (self-study about the computer from books or texts) + .287 (organization climate) - .247 (age)-.211 (educational level) + .175 (self-study about the computer from televisions, radios and videos)-.173 (self-study about the computer from peer) + .198 (support) + .122 (self-study about the computer from exhibitions) + .107 (self-study about the computer from computer assisted instruction). |
