dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบระดับความคาดหวัง และระดับความพึงพอใจของนิสิต จำแนกตามเพศ ขั้นปีที่ศึกษา เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม และ ประสบการณ์การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และอินเทอร์เน็ต (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพึงพอใจกับความคาดหวังของนิสิต ที่มีต่อโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนแบบยืดหยุ่น ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการสนับสนุนผู้เรียน และด้านการสนับสนุนทางวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นิสิตหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2549 ซึ่งได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 62 คน แบ่งเป็นนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 36 และ 26 คน ตามลำดับ ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากแบบสอบถาม และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ จากการสนทนากลุ่ม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า1. นิสิตที่ศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นปีที่ต่างกัน มีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมต่างกัน มีระดับความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอใจในโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนแบบยืดหยุ่นทุกด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนนิสิตที่มีเพศต่างกันมีระดับความคาดหวังในโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนแบบยืดหยุ่น ด้านการสนับสนุนผู้เรียน และด้านการสนับสนุนทางวิชาการในเรื่องห้องสมุด แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีระดับความพึงพอในโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนแบบยืดหยุ่นด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาที่เรียนในชั้นเรียนเป็นหลัก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2. ความพึงพอใจกับความคาดหวังในโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนแบบยืดหยุ่นด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาที่เรียนในชั้นเรียนเป็นหลัก มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ความพึงพอใจกับวามคาดหวังในโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนแบบยืดหยุ่นด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาที่เรียนผ่านบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ผลิตด้วย Flash เป็นหลัก มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ความพึงพอใจกับความคาดหวังในโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนแบบยืดหยุ่นด้านการสนับสนุนผู้เรียน มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ ความพึงพอใจกับความคาดหวังในโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนแบบยืดหยุ่นด้านการสนับสนุนทางวิชาการในเรื่องห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ มีความสัมพันธ์กันย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were: (1) to compare the level of students’ satisfaction and expectation on the flexible learning program classified by gender, academic year, grade point average, and experience of using computer and internet application. (2) to study relationships between students’ satisfaction and expectation on the flexible learning program in terms of types of instruction, learner support and academic support. The samples were 62 students in Bachelor’s degree in Science Program in Software Development in 2006 academic year ; they were 36 junior and 26 senior students. The quantitative and qualitative data were collected by suing questionnaire, focus group discussion and in-depth interview. The research findings were as follows: 1. There were no any difference found in students’ expectation and satisfaction on the flexible learning program with statistically significant at .05 level classified by academic year, grade point average, and experience of using computer and internet application. Only gender caused the difference in students’ expectation on learner support and academic support as regards library with statistically significant at .05 level and students’ satisfaction on classroom instruction with statistically significant at .01 level 2. The satisfaction was related to the expectation of students on classroom instruction with statistically significant at .05 level. The satisfaction was related to the expectation of students on self-learning instruction via electronic media with statistically significant at .01 level. the satisfiction was related to the expectation of studenrs on learner support with statistically significant at .05 level. The satisfaction was related to the expectation of students on academic support as regards computer laboratory with statistically significant at .01 level.	en
