dc.description.abstract	วิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นของผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อส่งเสริมวินัยของนักเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมวินัยของนักเรียน รวมทั้งความสามารถของโรงเรียนและสมรรถภาพของครอบครัว ในการส่งเสริมวินัยของนักเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบพหุกรณีศึกษา กรณีศึกษาคือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 6 แห่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลใช้เทคนิคการสนทนากลุ่มและการเรียงรายการ แหล่งข้อมูลคือนักเรียน ครู และผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 157 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแนวทางการการสนทนากลุ่ม และบัตรรายการเพื่อจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และสถิติบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมวินัยของนักเรียนด้านความรับผิดชอบที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สาเหตุของการขาดวินัยของนักเรียนมาจากตัวนักเรียน เพื่อน ครอบครัว ครู และสภาพแวดล้อม แนวทางแก้ไขและส่งเสริมวินัยของนักเรียนต้องได้รับความร่วมมือจากครู ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน โดยครูควรปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีสอน ครูและผู้ปกครองควรเอาใจใส่ดูแลนักเรียนอย่างใกล้ชิด ทั้งต้องเข้มงวดกวดขันและมีบทลงโทษที่เด็ดขาด โรงเรียนและผู้ปกครองควรร่วมมือกันในการแก้ปัญหาวินัยของนักเรียน ครูและผู้ปกครองควรเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียน นักเรียนต้องรู้จักแบ่งเวลา มีจิตสำนึกในการรักษาระเบียบวินัย รู้จักบทบาทและหน้าที่ของตนเอง ปรึกษาพ่อ แม่และครูเมื่อมีปัญหา หรือไม่เข้าใจบทเรียน ควรเลียนแบบจากตัวอย่างที่ดี และรู้จักเลือกคบเพื่อน 2) ครูและผู้ปกครองมีความเห็นว่า โรงเรียนควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมวินัยให้มากขึ้น มีการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรม และมีการจัดภาระงานของครูให้เหมาะสม ควรส่งเสริมครูให้มีการติดตามนักเรียนที่ประพฤติผิด และเคร่งครัดวินัยของนักเรียนให้มากขึ้น 3) ครูและผู้ปกครองมีความเห็นว่า ครอบครัวมีสมรรถภาพในการส่งเสริมวินัยของนักเรียน ถ้าครอบครัวให้เวลาในการอบรมสั่งสอนและดูแลเด็กอย่างใกล้ชิด และการติดต่อร่วมมือกับโรงเรียนในการปลูกฝังวินัยนักเรียนอย่างใกล้ชิด ในลักษณะที่เน้นพื้นฐานของวัฒนธรรมไทย ยึดหลักประชาธิปไตยและใช้เหตุผล	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To analyse the needs and the approaches for enhancing the discipline of students in the lower secondary schools and to study school and family abilities to promote students discipline. The research method was a multiple case of 6 secondary schools in Bangkok. The survey of data were 157 of teachers, parents and students. Focus group and card sort techniques were main data collecting procedure. The data were analyzed by content and statistical analyzes. The results of study indicated that 1) The most important need was students’ responsibilities. The 5 causes of lack of students discipline came from students, friends, families, teachers and environment. The approaches to promote discipline of students were as follow. Teachers ought to change their teaching methods. Teachers and parents ought to be more care as well as cooperate and clear incorrect discipline. They ought to be good models for students. Students ought to mange their schedule, have self–discipline, consult parents and teachers when they had some problems or not understanding their lessons, associate and keep relationship with good friends. 2) Teachers and parents suggested that schools ought to launch more discipline in students’ activities, evaluate discipline in the activities and properly assign teachers’ work load. Teachers ought to pay more attention and strictly enforcement the rules for misbehave students. 3) Teachers and parents believed that family were competence in promoting students’ discipline if they were able to provide more time to take care and collaborating with schools to enhance students discipline in Thai culture via democracy and reasonable conducts.	en
