| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ และ ปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ช่วงชั้นที่ 2 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ ในช่วงชั้นที่ 2 จากโรงเรียน จำนวน 234 โรง และ ศึกษานิเทศก์กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศเครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แจกแจงความถี่ และหาค่าร้อยละ นำเสนอผลการวิจัยโดยการบรรยาย และ ตารางประกอบคำบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ด้านงานบริหารหลักสูตร ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ ศึกษาวิเคราะห์หลักสูตร จากเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร และหลักสูตรแกนกลาง ดำเนินการเตรียมบุคลากร จัดครูเข้าสอน จัดตารางสอน และ จัดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ดำเนินการจัดบริการวัสดุหลักสูตรและสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่เอื้อต่อกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศโดยเฉพาะ ทำการประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร ดำเนินการนิเทศติดตาม และประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรจากเอกสารรายงานการประเมินตนเองของสถานศึกษา และรายงานการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียน ปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ มีภาระงานมาก ไม่มีเวลาในการศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจหลักสูตร ขาดครูผู้สอนและขาดงบประมาณในการบริหารหลักสูตร 2. ด้านงานสอน ครูผู้สอน และหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ ศึกษามาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ ปรับหน่วยการเรียนรู้ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับสภาพและความต้องการของท้องถิ่น วางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ กำหนดวิธีการสอน ดำเนินการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้ จัดสอนซ่อมเสริม ดำเนินการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ปลายภาคเรียนและปลายปีการศึกษา ปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ การขาดงบประมาณในการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้ การมีกิจกรรมอื่นเข้ามาแทรกในระหว่างปีการศึกษา ทำให้แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ไม่เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด ผู้เรียนมีพื้นฐานความรู้แตกต่างกัน ทำให้การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ เป็นไปด้วยความลำบาก |
| Other Abstract: | The research aims to investigate the state and problems of curriculum implementation of the basic education curriculum B.E. 2544 in the foreign language learning area in public basic education schools under Surin Educational Service Area office three. Respondents are school administrators, chiefs of foreign language learning area, English language teachers from 234 schools and educational supervisor in foreign language learning area from Surin Educational Service Area office three. Questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were use in this study. The data have been analyzed by using contents analysis, frequency and percentage. Information represent by description and table with description. The results were as follows: 1. On the management tasks: school administrators and chiefs of foreign language learning area studied and analyzed the curriculum and curriculum documents, provided staffs, teaching schedule and also other facilities, In addition, they specially provided educational resource for this learning area. They also publicized the curriculum. The curriculum evaluation and followed up done through the school self assessment reports and student achievement report. The problems that they encounter were: school administrators and chiefs of foreign language learning area had insufficient time to study and understand the curriculum because they were overburdened by other tasks. They also faced the problem of lacking staffs and budget for their management. 2. On the instruction tasks: Teachers and chiefs of foreign language learning area studied learning criteria, modified learning units blending with local state and local needs, planned instructive activities and teaching method. They used and developed teaching and learning materials. They offered remedial teaching. The assessment and evaluation done at the end of each semester and academic year. However, the encountered insufficient fund to develop teaching and learning materials and sometimes, classes were interrupted by school activities. And also the difficulty of setting classroom activities, learning measurement and evaluation through the differences of student basic knowledge. |
